Hi, I'm looking a porting the Opus encoder (encoder only) to a Cypress PSoC 4 (a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 with very limited resources), and would like to know the feasibility of stripping down the encoder to fit. I've been playing with the encoder configured with "--enable-fixed-point --disable-intrinsics". The end result I'm trying to get to is encoding a single 16kHz 16-bit

OPUS on cortex M4
Hi everybody I wrote a couple of months ago about implementing the opus codec on a DK52 from Nordic (nrf52832 MCU, Cortex M4). In the meantime I got a bit further and would again like to ask some questions. My settings: I included all the opus files into my project (opus-1.2.1) Defined: FIXED POINT, VAR_ARRAYS, DISABLE FLOAT API, OPUS_BUILD, CELT_MODE_ONLY I am able to allocate enough memory

OPUS on cortex M4 (Nicolas Ehrenberg)
Thanks for the reply. For my application I unfortunately need a better signal reconstruction. It's not necessarily a problem that the constant DC voltage is removed, but the audio signal will need to be more exact because it's also studied visually. To be more exact, I need to record and transmit audio data recorded from animals (mostly birds). Are there ways to achieve a more similar

Re: libvirtError: block copy still active: disk not ready for pivot yet
I understand that libvirt provides async events that are triggered once the block job reaches ready state and successfully pivots as it is reported by qemu. Whats the event that is triggered and what's the handler that we have to implement? To be more specific, I am looking for the onEVENT callback method that is invoked when the event is fired. zlib/openssh help
The installation of zlib on my HP-UX 11.11 box went fine. When installed 'openssh', it's complaining "zlib is missing" with the following error: "configure: error: *** zlib missing - please install first or check config.log ***" Where does the zlib reside on the system? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks. __________________________________________ Benjamin

Streaming flac problems!!
Hello, My name is Vincent and I have some difficulties to realize my project. Indeed, I must developp a streaming flac client/server and I have some difficulties to find detailed information about this. I chose to use the platform Ices/Icecast to do my project. I took the Vorbis streaming like example but the library has not the same structure as the flac library. So , I send this message in

an unwanted chroot() call
Hello, I am trying to run rsync under my own userid on a high-numbered port. The problem is that, when I use the --daemon option, I get an error saying that a chroot() call failed. My config file does *not* have any chroot call in it. How can I avoid a chroot() invocation when running as a normal non-root user? [LLVMdev] MINGW Compiler error.
Greetings, I have a compiler error that I have not been able to get through. I usually depend upon pre-built binaries but there was none available for the pre-release. I also try scanning the web site and mail list but was unable to find an answer. I was getting this or similar error with 2.3. I am just trying to build with the core library. I tried this in a xp and vista VM with the
