getting an error when installing LIBVIRT.
hi i am installing libvirt-0.9.12. i am getting following error: libvirtd: /usr/local/lib/libvirt.so.0: version `LIBVIRT_PRIVATE_0.9.12' not found (required by libvirtd) how to solve this one. i am installing from my repositary itself. the same package is working fine for my friend. suggest me some solutions. i googled but i have not get any related stuffs. You should check that you haven't got any stale Xen libraries from a previous installation lying around. You can check if they are being picked up by using ldd as Jim demonstrated. After cleaning up rerunning ldconfig is usually a good idea.

hi, i removed all libvirt things form my system and i installed libvirt-0.9.12 frm my repository. then i installed libvirt-1.1.2 from the source with following commands. ./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc --with-xen=yes --with-libxl=yes make make install now its works with XM. but with xl its not working... i attached the corresponding screenshots also. kindly

libvirt installtion.
hi, i am facing some error i am not able to find how to solve this. i just explain my whole things. i installed libvirt 1.1.2 from source under /opt/ folder. ./configure --with-xen=yes, make , make install. i faced some internal error so runned make clean , make distclean under libvirt source folder. then agian i tried to install libvirt 1.1.2 ./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var

facing some error in launching VM
hi, i am using libvirt-1.1.3 in eucalyptus 2.0.3. When starting the Vm i am facing the following error: i got these error from the nc.log: [EUCAERROR ] ERROR: key injection / tune2fs command failed [EUCAERROR ] libvirt: internal error: client socket is closed (code=1) [EUCAFATAL ] hypervisor failed to start domain i checked in libvirtd.log its not showing any error. Dynamically setting permanent memory libvirt-lxc
I'm trying to permanently change memory allocation for a libvirt-lxc domain. So far I tried changing memory in memory.limit_in_bytes under /cgroup/memory/libvirt/lxc/<container>/.  This didn't help. It appears that libvirt is not reading changes in cgroup. My requirements are 1) Be able to dynamically change memory of a LXC domain without reboot 2) The memory change must survive
