Hi, we needed these changes when we had to build a guest image compatible with a starting guest image but not backed by it in any way? We needed some tool to check our progress, comparing original and? rebuilt (from scratch) images, and virt-diff seemed the best option, but? we had to soften the comparison to reduce the noise in the output. I added some options to ignore certain informations when

post_processor in rmarkdown not working
Dear all, I'm trying to write a post_processor() for a custom rmarkdown format. The goal of the post_processor() is to modify the latex file before it is compiled. For some reason the post_processor() is not run. The post_processor() does work when I run it manually on the tex file. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? Below is the relevant snippet of the code. The full code is

Protecting Static content
Hi, I want to build a rails backed site which, in addition to some dynamic content, also comprises a number of static content files. There are some static html pages, some powerpoint presentations, and some PDF documents. I want to make sure that the user is logged in before they can access the protected content. post_processor in rmarkdown not working
Dear Duncan, Thanks for chiming in. Could you explain how you set debug() on post_processor()? I've tried adding debug(post_processor) to rsos_article() or adding debug(post_processor) when after post_processor was defined in the debugger. Neither work for me. All supporting files are available within the package. The code below should be reproducible on your machine.

post_processor in rmarkdown not working
That is strange. Another function in the same package (INBOmd::inbo_rapport) uses the same trick. I actually started by copying the post_processor() from that function. INBOmd::inbo_rapport() works both with and without BibTex. Working examples are source/inbo_rapport and source/inbo_rapport_basic from https://github.com/inbo/inbomd_examples. Note that you need some extra work after installing

OpenCL toolset (for AMD GPU)
Hi LLVM, I would like to compile OpenCL kernel for a specific AMD GPU target. Is it possible with the current clang/LLVM? I started by using `clang -x cl` but it looks like at least some OpenCL specific headers are missing (e.g. uint2 is not recognized as a type). Any links to documentation / tutorials very welcome. Thanks. - Paweł -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was

[PATCH] virt-diff: add additional ignore options
added: --no-compare-xattrs --no-compare-extra-stats --no-compare-perms --no-compare-uids --no-compare-times to ignore specified files informations when comparing. The current strategy to disable comparison on file informations is to flatten data structure so they return the same 0/NULL value on comparison and be, in fact, ignored to determine if the files differ. This patch preserve original

Exporting a Graph that has lines()
I'm trying to export a graph (any form is good). I'm trying to export one that uses plot() then lines(). however, it seems that the jpeg format and the pdf format only takes the first line plot, and doesn't even consider the additional plots. My code is the following: output_file<-paste(filez,".pdf",sep="") pdf(output_file) plot((x_data) ~ (y_data), main =
