Crear variable con condiciones
Muchas gracias Javier por tu respuesta. Si.

bibtex::read.bib -- extracting bibentry keys
I have two versions of a bibtex database which have gotten badly out of sync. I need to find find all the entries in bib2 which are not contained in bib1, according to their bibtex keys. But I can't figure out how to extract a list of the bibentry keys in these databases. A minor question: Is there someway to prevent read.bib from ignoring entries that do not contain all required fields?

virtio scsi host draft specification, v3
Hi all, after some preliminary discussion on the QEMU mailing list, I present a draft specification for a virtio-based SCSI host (controller, HBA, you name it). The virtio SCSI host is the basis of an alternative storage stack for KVM. This stack would overcome several limitations of the current solution, virtio-blk: 1) scalability limitations: virtio-blk-over-PCI puts a strong upper limit on

[PATCH 0/3] virtio-net: inline header support
Thinking about Sasha's patches, we can reduce ring usage for virtio net small packets dramatically if we put virtio net header inline with the data. This can be done for free in case guest net stack allocated extra head room for the packet, and I don't see why would this have any downsides. Even though with my recent patches qemu no longer requires header to be the first s/g element, we

difficulty in Formatting time series data
Dear R-Gurus I have a data frame (from CSV file) which has its first column called Date. The Date is in the format mm/dd/yyyy. I was trying to get the weekday for these dates and I tried using wday() and day.of.week() functions and both of them gave me precisely the wrong answers. I think the issue lies in the proper formatting of dates. The class of this column is a factor class and hence I

Removing leading and trailing spaces (string manipulation)
Hi all, I'm running the following code to generate 40 different jpegs based on the resulting data. I'd like the file names to be 'Cluster1.jpeg', however the code write filenames like 'Cluster 1 .jpeg'. How can I get rid of the unwanted spaces? I've looked at ?format and it doesn't seem to work - at least in this context. ################### ClusCount <- 40

Storing loop output in matrix
Hello I am trying to store output from a loop into an empty matrix. The current code I am using is: > M<-mat.or.vec(11,89) > for (j in list(3,91)) + {M[,(j-2)]<-pic(datain[,j], mytree)} datain is a matrix (11,91). I only want to use the pic() function on the columns 3:91. When I use this code output is stored into the 1st column of M and the 89th column of M but no other columns. Any

Fix a bug that causes the encoder to spend way to many bits on keyframes
Here is a fix that prevents the encoder from spending too many bits on keyframes. The main problem is that the old code computes the target keyframe bitrate incorrectly. This causes the code that computes the Q for the frame to think that it has tons of bits to spend. It selects a high Q value for the keyframe. Since so many bits were spend on the keyframe the the inter-frames have to use a much

I write a sample code like speex provide , as follows: SpeeXCodec::SpeeXCodec() { rate = 8000; speex_bits_init(&enbits); speex_bits_init(&debits); enc_state = speex_encoder_init(&speex_nb_mode); dec_state = speex_decoder_init(&speex_nb_mode); // set option for encoder speex_encoder_ctl(enc_state, SPEEX_GET_FRAME_SIZE, &frame_size); speex_encoder_ctl(enc_state,

as.numeric() generates NAs inside an apply call, but fine outside of it
Hello- I have rather a messy SPSS file which I have imported to R, I've dput'd some of the columns at the end of this message. I wish to get rid of all the labels and have numeric values using as.numeric. The funny thing is it works like this: as.numeric(mydata[,2]) # generates correct numbers however, if I pass the whole dataframe at once like this: apply(mydata, 1:2, function(x)

Speed up graphics output?
Hi all, I've written some code to generate 4 maps per screen and write the output to a jpeg. The output is fairly quick at the start (about 5 jpegs per minute) and then slows down greatly (1-2 jpegs per minute). Is there some way to speed it up? One of my thoughts is to keep the base map static on the screen and just update the points that are being plotted on the map (with the exception

Hello, I am having trouble by using the write.table function to write a data frame of 4 columns and 7530 rows. I don?t know if I should just use a sep="\n" and change the .xls file into a .csv file. Thanks in advance ----- Anna Lippel new in R so be careful I should be asking a loooooooot of questions!:teeth: -- View this message in context:

[PATCH v2] i2c: virtio: add a virtio i2c frontend driver
Add an I2C bus driver for virtio para-virtualization. The controller can be emulated by the backend driver in any device model software by following the virtio protocol. This driver communicates with the backend driver through a virtio I2C message structure which includes following parts: - Header: i2c_msg addr, flags, len. - Data buffer: the pointer to the I2C msg data. - Status: the
