Hey Vince,
Ah sorry, I thought my comment on the other patch indicated I was fine
with it. I'll merge them now so they don't get lost :)
Thanks,
Ben.

s/prob/pgob/ :-(
Will fix in next version.

[RFC PATCH 0/3] introduce DVFS for GK20A
Hi,
This is a try to have some simple DVFS (Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling)
support for GK20A. Instead of relying on other existing frequency scaling
framework, we create a simple subdev in Nouveau for the same purpose. That's
because we don't want to make the DVFS implementation for GK20A far more
than enough in the beginning and hinder the implementation for dGPU in the
future.

Implement reclocking for DDR2, DDR3, GDDR3
Following a series of patches that implement memory reclocking for NVA3/5/8 with
DDR2, DDR3 and GDDR3 on board. I tested these patches on 6 different graphics
cards, but I expect reclocking now to work on many more.
Testers can pick up these patches and test it by enabling pstate
(nouveau.pstate=1). They should then be able to change clocks by writing to
/sys/class/drm/card0/device/pstate. Correct

MEMX improvements + DDR 2/3 MR generation
Patch 1 and 2 implement wait-for-vblank, required to remove flicker when reclocking memory
Patch 3 and 4 allow me to do things between waiting for VBLANK and disabling FB, like pause PFIFO and wait for the engines to idle. This minimises the time PFIFO is paused, thus maximises performance.
The rest of the patches speak for themselves. As the actual memory reclocking script is still somewhat prone

[PATCH V2 1/4] clk: allow non-blocking for nouveau_clock_astate()
Hello Ben and Martin,
Any comments for this series?
Thanks,
Vince

[PATCH v2 0/7] clk subdev updates
This series addresses various issues inside the reclocking code:
1. after resume the set clocks are reset
2. reclocking not possible while GPU is suspended
Some of the patches were part of the bigger reclocking series I sent months
ago, some things have changed though.
This is also preparation work of changing the clock state due to temperature
changes and dynamic reclocking.

[RFC PATCH 00/13] Thermal throttling
Adds Nouveau controlled thermal throttling for Kepler+ GPUs. With this I feel
safe enough to add support for Maxwell2 reclocking later on (still hidden
behind a switch, but we can be fairly sure to not overheat hardware if a user
isn't carefull enough)
Contains all patches from my clk update series, but I thought it makes sense
to include those in this series as well for completness.

NVA3 clock tree improvements
Following a series of patches to improve nouveaus clock tree parsing. Reclocking these engines (all but memory) is pretty stable on the cards I've tested. Please review and merge when approved.
These patches do not solve the problem that core/shader engine doesn't like to be clocked up too far without fb following, with visible corruption as a result. I suspect this problem is unrelated

[RFC PATCH 00/29] Current State of my clk patches
Just wanted to post updated versions of my last series/patches. Reviews
welcomed.
It would be also nice if we agree on features I should focus upstreaming, so
that this work can be better splitted or reordered.
Sadly most of my patches depend on the rather big clk subdev rework and I think
those patches shows best, why I think this rework is actually needed and makes
things much easier to add

pwr/macros: Stop playing Russian roulette on data memory
This patch fixes the pwr firmware to play nicely at least on NVA3. Because Martin might send more patches soon, I didn't include a regenerated nvXX.fuc.h. To me it makes more sense if all patches are merged then, and a final patch regenerates the headers in one go. Of course, I did test this patch and found it to work as intended, so feel free to pick up as you please.

[PATCH 3/8] pwr/memx: Make FB disable and enable explicit
Needs to be done after wait-for-VBLANK, and NVA3 requires register writes in between. Rather than hard-coding register writes, just split out fb_disable and fb_enable.

I don’t remember whether I have already done this comment before, but I am not
sure where your iterating over the pstates savings are, as in this patch at
least, you iterate as
