[PATCH 2/2] nvc0: regenerate rnndb headers
The headers hadn't been regenerated in a long time and had seen a number
of manual modifications. A few changes:
- remove nvc0_2d entirely, use the nv50 header which has the nvc0
values too
- remove 3ddefs, it's identical to the nv50 file
- move macros out into a separate file
Also the upstream rnndb changed the overall chip naming convention; this
was fixed up manually in the

[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-i740 1.4.0
This is a maintenance release of Intel740 DDX.
For those who do not know what Intel740 is (was), as of now, it is the only Intel
discrete graphics chip to officially ship ever since Intel got deeply involved in
the x86 PC system business with the likes of PCI bus and USB.
And yes, that was almost 21 years ago.
There was one patch that has been languishing over at Patchwork X.org website

[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-i128 1.4.0
This is a maintenance release of Number Nine Imagine 128 DDX.
There was one patch that has been languishing over at Patchwork X.org website
(https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/122831/) for more than 2 years, so
I decided to apply it, and release a new version.
With that patch applied and one more small patch I authored, the DDX compiles
cleanly without compilation warnings.

OpenArena on Linux/SPARC + nouveau
Hi all,
I posted a while back about running nouveau on (unmodified) x86 graphics
cards, specifically a GeForce 4000 MX on a Sun Ultra 10 using
Debian/sparc64 (Linux 3.1.0)
Well, I don't know who's patches fixed what, but I was able to finally get
a stable X screen on it! glxgears showed a few hundred FPS, but glxinfo
segfaulted. I even managed to play OpenArena with some modest FPS for

Ah, it's probably the compression that's breaking things... Do you
also see errors in dmesg about LTCG?
You can try turning it off by setting compressed = false in
nvc0_miptree.c:nvc0_miptree_create.

Hi,
the last day i tried getting the game xsyon to run. I was some kind of succesfull but there is one last problem i cannot fix by myselfe.
Some regions / textures are black and the grass in the game is flickering.
Cause i cannot describe it better i made some screenshots so you can see how it looks. (The flickering is not visible, cause it only show up while moving)

[ANNOUNCE] xorg-server 1.19.99.902
This merges the DRI3 1.2 support (with an asterisk) and per-window
flips for Xwayland, along with the usual collection of miscellaneous
fixes. In particular the meson build is much closer to production-
ready. The asterisk for DRI3 is that the modesetting driver has some
known issues still, so the code to enable planes and modifiers is
hidden behind an xorg.conf option:

Blacked-out text in program: Myspace IM
Hello Guys,
I've been playing with Myspace IM on WINE (latest stable build) and it
works more or less out of the box after installing ies4linux (then
moving the files it creates to /.wine) but I have one small problem...
All the text in the program, be it lables, buttons or text in a
textbox all appears blacked out... instead of charachters, you get a
black line - as if the text is selected

Missing textures
Hello!
When I try to play either Half Life 2, TES IV: Oblivion or any other game with decent graphics, all the textures for AI characters is always missing. I have tried playing Oblivion on Wine, PlayOnLinux and Crossover, but all of them give me the exact same result. Here is a small sample of the missing textures:[Image: http://i54.tinypic.com/69ev5d.png ]
Also I think I'll mention that the

Render Targets and Pitch Linear Textures in Maxwell/Pascal Question
So I have been going on over the documentation trying to figure out the
exact layout of Pitch Linear Textures and find some missing values.
First Question: What's the correct layout of pitch linear textures in
memory? Is padding of the pitch added at start or at the end? Do they have
some kind of header? Currently I see them as a normal texture matrix with
just pitch at the end of each row

Intercept Dungeon Keeper 2 Textures
Hi everyone,
I don't if this post belong to wine-devel or the forum so I'm putting it here now and in case I'm wrong I'll post to wine-devel.
I try to retrieve Dungeon Keeper 2 resources (meshes, textures, sound etc.) in order to create an hypotetical clone of this game :D.
Since I'm not a pro in hacking compression algorithm I didn't try to understand the DKII
