pymol
Anyone familiar with pymol?
We're getting an error I find references to from a few years ago when we
try to run remotely on a headless server. I can run it fine on my machine
(CentOS 6.3, NVidia video), and on another person's workstation remotely,
with other make video, but the server's got a Matrox - which shouldn't
matter, since I'm running this after ssh -Y. pymol yum

[LLVMdev] -O4 limitations in llvm/llvm-gcc-4.2 2.5?
I've had better luck compiling all of pymol 1.1r2 with
-O4 on darwin9. Everythink links and there appears to be
no regressions in the resulting code. I take it that LTO
in llvm 2.5 is still limited to dead code elimination,
correct? Will LTO ever be extended to inlining across
files as well as constant-folding and global data
allocation optimizations? Or does the reliance on gcc-4.2

Pl. file bugzilla report (or radar) with a reproducible test case so
that we can investigate this linker crash.
As you know, one way to control symbol visibility is to use gcc's
(inherited by llvm-gcc) visibility support. GCC supports, 1)

Problem with Ubuntu bionic R 3.5
I have this too on Ubuntu Bionic. The English error message is:
W: Conflicting distribution: https://cran.rstudio.com/bin/linux/ubuntu
bionic-cran35/ InRelease (expected bionic-cran35/ but got bionic)
Though the error doesn't seem to prevent use of the repository. I could
apt-get install R 3.5 no problem.

Problem with Ubuntu bionic R 3.5
I ran into a problem installing R 3.5 on Ubuntu Bionic Beaver. In file
/etc/apt/sources.list I added the repository entry "deb

"apt-get update" now produces an error message:

Ubuntu issue with 18.04 Bionic Beaver
Dear Dirk (other users and Dave)
PART 1
I finally was able to install R.3.5.1, however, I had to invoke the following
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys E084DAB9
As this skin of Ubuntu 18.04 (Peppermint) does not seem to allow access to the bionic-cran35 repository unless this key is set and added to the system.
This is odd - well for me anyway, as for other skins of

Packet flow through IPFW+IPF+IPNAT ?
Hi.
On my FreeBSD 4.8 configured IPFW2+IPF+IPNAT and I use them all:
- IPFW - traffic accounting, shaping, balancing and filtering;
- IPFilter - policy routing;
- IPNAT - masquerading.
I want to know, how IP-packets flow through all of this components?
What's the path?
incoming: IPFW Layer2 -> IPFW&Dummynet -> IPNAT -> IPFilter ?
outgoing: IPFW Layer2 ->

Still something wrong. I've uncommented the deb-src lines in
sources.list as you suggested (and I thought it couldn't hurt to try
--allow-unauthenticated as well) and:
root at limpet:/etc/apt# apt-get update --allow-unauthenticated
