OPUS on bare metal ARM
Andrew, Stephan Thanks for your help. Well, I really don?t have the choice of the interface it has to be CAN. My malloc is working but it may have some bug. I?m going to check the use of the CCRAM with an implementation of opus_alloc/opus_free. I will let you know how it works. Regards. OPUS on bare metal ARM
Hi everyone, I?m currently trying to use opus on a ST ARM (STM32F407) without any OS (bare metal). The aim of my project is to transmit voice over CAN bus. The main issue I have is that opus fail to allocate memory, the ALLOC macro always return a NULL pointer. I have sure that I have enough free space to allocate buffers. Is there anyone who already try this or have meet this issue ? Thanks

3.73 crashes FreeDOS in VMWare - 3.72 works fine
With the same configuration an ISOLINUX CD which boots a FreeDOS Floppy image via MEMDISK Syslinux-3.73 crashes in VMWare and also on several newer boxes just after the kernel loading with "invalid OPCODE ...". Same CD with Syslinux-3.72 is working fine. Build environment for 3.72 was gcc-4.3.2 for 3.73 gcc-4.3.3 - any idea what can cause the troubles? --

Share & Domain Level Authentication Required From Same Server
Using 'Samba version 2.2.1a' Please could someone offer advice in order to configure the following. I need domain level authentication for most shares, however 1 share needs to be made available to a none domained NT client, such that perhaps share or user level security would be appropriate. How can this be configured on a single samba server. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds

R algorithm/package for creating spatial autocorrelation of uniformly distributed landscape values
Dear all: I would like to create a landscape of environmental values that follow a uniform frequency distribution and also have spatial autocorrelation in the landscape. I was wondering if there is an algorithm and/or package out there that creates autocorrelation of values that are distributed according to a non-normal frequency distribution. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Create two uniformly random variables correlated
Hello, I want to create two random variables (x1,x2) both with uniform distribution bounded by (-1) and (1) that has a correlation of 0.6 between them. Does somebody know how I can do it? For normal random variables I known how to implement it with the rmvnorm command but I don't know how to do it with variables uniformly distributed. Thanks a lot. Alexandra [[alternative HTML

Non-uniformly distributed plot
Hi, I would like to plot a linear relationship between variable x and y. Can anyone help me with scaled plotting and axes so that all data points can be visualized somehow evenly? Plaint plot(x,y) will generate condensed points near (0,0) due to several large data points. Thank you. Eric > x [1] 0.3497630 3.3948900 1.5224900 0.2690660 0.1078720 0.0451689 0.5902680 0.2757550

[PATCH 2/5] lguest: use set_pte/set_pmd uniformly for real page table entries
If we're building a pte, we can use simple assigment; only use set_pte etc. when we're actually going to use that destination as a PTE. I don't know that we'll ever run under Xen, but it's neater. And use set_pte/set_pmd rather than assuming native_ versions, even though that's probably true for most people. (Includes compile fix by Kamalesh Babulal <kamalesh at

sip over h323
Hi List, we are using openh323 gatekeeper for voip telefony. We also have a voip over ss7 TELES Switch for voip into POSTN Network. Know we want to use Asterisk for converting SIP to h323. Now my question. Is Asterisk an full h323 gatekeeper like openh323? Do we need openh323 GK for astrerisk, too?. And how can i tell asterisk to sent all none SIP-ip calls to the gatekeeper over h323? thx
