Hello everyone. Has anybody ever tried to install 32bit wine to 64bit
centos. I was able to run 64 bit wine, but some of mine application require
32 bit wine, but I cannot install it. It says to install 32bit development
libraries at first. Does it make sense, what I'm doing ? I will be really
appreciated any help.

Really changing the hostname
I need to change the host name on a test server, and in the past when I
used hostname to change the hostname, it did not seem to change it
everywhere.
I really don't want to do a rebuild just yet, but I have to feel
confident that hostname is really changed (reboot is not too much of an
issue).
What is the recommened practice? Other than get it right the first time.

Moving from compiled to packages
I understand about using the newer binaries, but what I really want to
"save" is the active directory. Sorry I should have been clear. I do not
want to have to rejoin/recreate everything. Thanks.

mock and iaxmodem
I am trying to build an rpm package for iaxmodem-1.2.0. At the
moment I am still trying to get a working spec file put together. I
have managed to get an SRPM produced but the binary build from this
fails due to there being no install task in the Makefile.in provided
with the source.
I have found a spec file from opensuse that provides this in the
install portion:
%build

Mysql databases from old system?
Last week I had a hard disk failure on my CentOS server.
I managed to re-install CentOS on a new disk.
I have the old mysql databases from /var/lib/mysql .
Can I just move them to my new disk?
Any help or suggestions gratefully received.

So that external plugins can add more files in there and extend the available statistics.

how to run dovecot imap on separate server from postfix?
Hello Reindl, thank you for the response.
I want to make sure that the postfix delivery does not give up trying to
get the email delivered when the lmtp host is not reachable. I do not
just want to assume that the default settings are correct for us.
Are there postfix or other settings which can be checked and adjusted?

Browsable Flag
It's not hidden like an hidden file or system file (things you can display
tweaking some explorer options), it's not visible at all. I think there is
no way to list them, it's not hidden, it's unlisted, but you still can
access them if you know the full path.

Title says is all. Nice to know RH understands and accepts the
relationship between CentOS and RHEL.
Although it is complex. After all, if too many choose CentOS, there
may no longer be a CentOS. However, I don't think I would refer to
CentOS as a "parasite" as the author Matt Asay does. More appropriate
