Abandoned queue calls do not produce a CDR?
Hello everyone, I've just upgraded from 1.6.1.9 to 1.6.2.13. I have noticed that (after the upgrade) abandoned calls within the Queue produce no cdr at all. I am using unanswered = no (the default) in cdr.conf. The call shows, as expected, in the queue_log as ABANDON The dialplan is: Ringing(); Answer(); // need to answer or no music! goto

Has markaby been abandoned?
Recently discovered Markaby. Before I use it on a production system, I''d like to know if it is still being maintained? According to the change log, the last change was in February of 2006. Does this mean that the project has been abandoned? Or, at version 0.3 it was considered production stable and complete? -- Best Regards, -Larry "Work, work, work...there is no satisfactory

Queue_log all calls marked ABANDONED?
I went to run my queue_log parser so that I could send out a monthly report to one of my customers, and I noticed that every valid call complete action (COMPLETEAGENT, COMPLETECALLER) is followed by an ABANDON: Here is a complete-caller: 1123325015|1123325011.2|mainq|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||00110102102 1123325020|1123325011.2|mainq|Agent/21|CONNECT|5

Queue Abandoned and DND
Hi I'm using Ast 1.0.3, and managing a Queue for ACD. Our Callcenter supervisor uses Flash Operator Panel to see status of the Queue, and logged in Agents. All calls that stay to long in the Queue gets into a Voicemail, in order to have customer leave a message. 1. I see the Queue has a Completed and Abandoned counter. I have not found a exact definition of these, besides the obvius ones.

Canceled/abandoned request to Mongrel/Ruby
Howdy. I''m wondering what happens in Mongrel/Ruby when a user asks for a page but then hits Stop in the browser or just clicks a different link before the response comes back. The reason I ask is that the app I''m building does a fair amount of database work on each page. From what I can tell, when a user abandons a request, the server has no awareness of this and thus

Wrong file permissions in CentOS 7
Sorry if this question has been asked many times before. On a new CentOS 7 system, when I create files they end up with strange permissions. For example, as root: [root at server ~]# umask 0000 [root at server ~]# touch a [root at server ~]# ls -l a -r--r----- 1 root root 0 Oct 10 11:45 a As a regular user: [stern at server ~]$ umask 0000 [stern at server ~]$ touch b [stern at server ~]$ ls

systemd unit files for NSD launch in chroot?
Hi, I'm starting to migrate a number of authoritative nameservers on small VMs from bind9 to NSD. At the same time, I'm switching all inits from sysvinit to systemd. Cribbing systemd unit files from Fedora for NSD (http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/nsd.git/tree/), they're straightforward enough -- but seem to ignore proper chroot setup/startup. I've poked in current NSD 3x

mips builders on LLVM buildbot?
Hi Galina, I will try to find owners of these buildbots. I hope to get results on the next week. Screen
Andrew, Don't do it man. Don't remap screen key sequences. I had the same issue. This is how I ultimately solved it. I mentally trained myself to think of screen as a room that I need to do a Ctrl-A in order to get in there. So, for bash, It is NOT a big deal anyway. Train your fingers to do a Ctrl-A then a It is just one extra keystroke. I got used to it within a week. -George On

Alternative to storing ActiveRecord object in session
I''m writing a wizard-like module in my application where, in a series of steps, the user builds upon an ActiveRecord object, and in the end, saves the AR object into the database. The ActiveRecord object is fairly complex, with a has_many association that could potentially get large, so I don''t want to store it directly in the session. In fact, having done so already caused a

C7 http ITK
I've been trying to get the mod_itk module installed on Centos 7. The package is in epel, but there's an error once it's installed "mod_access_compat.so undefined symbol ap_hook_check_access". Can anyone point me to a set of RPMs that will let me run itk or another C7 ready tool that will easily run each vhost as a different user? -- -- Steve

Cleanup at session expiration
I''m going to explicitly time out sessions if they''re idle more than X minutes. Like online banking sites do. How do I set things up so that, when a session expires, a set of database records and a set of files that may have been created (which are identified via a seperate set of database records) are deleted just before the session data? TIA, Bill
