PRI Problem
I am having a problem with a new PRI turn-up on dahdi 2.5.0 and asterisk 1.8.5 that I have not seen before. The PRI is setup as B8ZS, ESF and the span shows up and ok. This PRI is merely a crossover T1 going into an old DC0 class 5 switch. I am getting the following errors over and over again [Aug 16 10:26:10] NOTICE[8002]: chan_dahdi.c:3043 my_handle_dchan_exception: PRI got event: HDLC Bad FCS

Callback through extensions.conf?
Hello I'd like to configure Asterisk so that... 1. I ring it from my cellphone with CID number displayed, just to notify Asterisk that I wish to make a call 2. Asterisk waits until I hang up, calls me back, and prompts me for the number I wish to call 3. Asterisk puts me on hold through Flash(), which is apparently the equivalent of hitting the R key on European handsets 4. Asterisk calls the

Dear All; I am afraid from IRQ misses: 1 The ISDN E1 was working fine on the machine, the electrical disconnected and then the Red Allarm. The output of the cat /proc/dahdi/1 is following (I am afraid from the IRQ misses: 1, so if it is a problem what is the solution)? [root at CC

DTMF issue
Hi Tom, Thank you for your informative and helpful reply. I had considered using the relaxdtmf setting but held off this due to not using any physical connection hardware -Asterik uses both SIP in and out from an upstream provider (Gradwell.com). Is it still possible to set this when using SIP trunks only and not physical hardware? The box does have a Digium ISDN card but the ISDN is no longer
