Can you bypass the check?
Maybe with adding dlls (native)?

Re: Cannot run Win16 installer for Judaic Classics
Thank you. Unfortunately, I bit more than I can swallow. I redirected the output of strace to a file, but it has more than 22k lines. How do I sensibly winnow that down? I have never used strace before and the output is overwhelming.
Alternatively/additionally, is there something similar for windows, which I can use to check what happens under windows, with a functioning copy of the program I am

Monitoring FS operations
Greetings All,
Without going into the specific reasons why I need to do so, is anyone
aware of a method (or tool) of watching real-time, human-readable (or
system call print) of ext3 filesystem operations on a mounted, active
filesystem?
Excuse me if this is a duplicate question but I was unable to find any
similar ones in the archives.
Thanks in advance!

Shorewall and SIP phones
Hello,
Are there general guidelines around on how to configure Shorewall for use with SIP phones ? Especially regarding (some?) Cisco SIP phones which are expecting a reply at port 5060 while sending from an arbitrary high port.
Thanks !

kern.maxswzone is gone... what next?
Hi all.
I prefer to build all ports in /tmp, which is actually a tmpfs
filesystem. I have 8G partition. But when I tried to compile Apache
OpenOffice system starts shooting processes when I was near 6G of swap.

[LLVMdev] non-standard machine value types
Hi all.
I'm looking for a ways of defining register files with non-standard machine
value type in tablegen. The value types not covered by SimpleValueType
enum. For example (from the top of my head) 25 bit integers, or 8 way 18
bit integers. These types going to be used with intrinsics so I also need
appropriate C custom types defined.
I wonder if I can describe those in tablegen files or do

Not quite. The space overhead is constant for each stack frame - you just need to keep track of the top of two stacks, rather than one. The important overhead is that you reduce locality of reference. You will need a minimum of two cache

Why is EXCEL SO SLOW on SAMBA?
Hello all,
I have always experienced VERY SLOW response times on opening an EXCEL sheet ever since I had started to use SAMBA
WAY back. I have been hoping that a newer release would fix this one issue but it never seems to happen. Does anyone
know what could be the problem? I can open the same Excel sheet on a Novell server and it opens instantly. I have no
problems with WORD documents. They

GetTimeZoneInformation question
Hi all,
The following code snippet isn''t working terribly well for me. I can get
the Bias, StandardName and DaylightName, but everything else is goofed
up. The alignment seems ok, but maybe I''ve missed something or maybe I
have to do extra work to unpack the SYSTEMTIME structures.

include Windows::Time
