Case sensitive problem for vacation with dovecot lmtp pigeonhole
Hi list, This issue was raised here by John Fawcett on 12/02/19 but got no response. So, as I'm facing the same issue, I would like to try again: When using the vacation sieve extension, if I send an email to user.name at mydomain.com it will work, but not to User.Name at mydomain.com. Is there a way to make the user part case insensitive so that the vacation auto-reply is fired whatever

Sieve filter fileinto doesn't preserve flags
Using `fileinto` to move a mail into another mailbox removes flags that have been set with a previous sieve filter with `addflag`. # 2.2.33.2 (d6601f4ec): /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf # Pigeonhole version 0.4.21 (92477967) # OS: Linux 4.9.0-6-amd64 x86_64 Debian 9.1 ext4 lda_mailbox_autocreate = yes lda_mailbox_autosubscribe = yes mail_debug = yes mail_location = maildir:/var/vmail/%d/%n

Dovecot dsync not replicating ".dovecot.sieve -> .sieve/managesieve.sieve" / setactive
Hello, I've ran into problem with Dovecot and dsync replication. Everything works perfectly, including replication of sieve scripts, except fact that if user activates the 'managesieve' ruleset (I'm using currently Roundcubemail) on "mail1" host, it wouldn't be activated on "mail2" host, by creating symlink ".dovecot.sieve ->

Filtering mails with sieve filters
Hello good people, I have dovecot- 2.3.7.2 (Ubuntu Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS) running fine. However, I have a hitch with mail filtering. Using SOGo as the webmail UI, I created a filter rule which resulted into the rule below: require ["fileinto"]; if allof (address :contains "from" "odhiambo") { fileinto "INBOX/Odhiambo"; } However, the test mail I sent

Sieve filtering SPAM and redirect
Hi every body. I'm having difficulties to setup my filters correctly and I really need some help. This is my environment: Mail that is received on the system passes through a sieve_before script that checks the message header for SPAM tag and store it into the "Junk" folder. If no spam tag is found, mail goes to inbox. My horde webmail is integrated with sieve, so this allow

How do I make "vnd.dovecot.environment" available?
Hi all, According to the docs at https://wiki.dovecot.org/Pigeonhole/Sieve, some extensions are not available by default. The docs tell me the sieve_plugins, sieve_extensions and/or sieve_global_extensions configs are involved, but I can find no authoritative documentation as to what the values should be. What values must I use to make ?vnd.dovecot.environment? available? Adding
