A Dovecot Sieve spam filter question.
Hi,
I'd like to make a filtering threshold for users to let them
deal with spamassassin spam-level starred < 8 themselves,
but spam-level starred higher than 8 should be discarded
how can one do that with the "anyof" option ?

Rails and decimal types mapped to float
Hi,
I''m a brazilian developer, work in a hospital and we have a legacy
database that we want to access via rails.
Rails maps decimal types to float, and to circumvent this problem the
suggestion one can find on the list is to represent decimal values as
cents. That''s not applicable when you have to access a legacy database.
I found two tickets 4274 and 4605 on rails trac,

Hello,
I'm running a samba 3.0.14a server in production on a fedora core 3 (kernel
2.6.9-1.667smp) with a least 250 clients (XP Pro SP2) (up to 400 sometimes).
A few days ago, a problem appeared with a soft that we are using for a long
time. (Petit Robert, a french dictionnary).
When someone launch the dictionnary, many clients are freezed when they try to

Event.stopObserving and anonymous functions
Hi all,
I'm using behaviour(.js) to add event handlers to all the table cells
in a table (mouseover, mouseout, clickk). However, I'm also ditching
the table and replacing it with an Ajax.Updater so I want to remove
all the observers before I lose them. Unfortunately, the Event.observe
calls were written as inline anonymous functions so, when calling
Event.stopObserving, I'm supposed

Asterisk-Driven Linux Distro
Hey All;
Well I am very pleased with all I've seen related to Asterisk and am also
very ( and I mean VERY) happy with * itself.
Thanks to all the help posted on this list I could get my box running and
even start designing some stuff that were not possible to a telecom
illiterate guy like me before.
So, 2 cents a part....
I was wondering if anyone already thought about or is working on

samba 4.9.5 - joining Samba DC to existing Samba AD failed
Hi Tim and Rowland, thanks for Your support!
I was thinking about e.g. Python 2.7.15 compatibility (as newer Samba
versions require Python3), but You are right, here in DB can be problem
- first Samba AD DC was created by migrating Samba3 NT4 domain to Samba4
AD cca week ago (using 'samba-tool domain classicupgrade ...', according
to Samba Wiki):

About nVidia 8600M GS (10de:0425 (rev a1))
Hi,
I compiled drm & xf86-video-nouveau to test nouveau yesterday -- the X
server couldn't start. Today, Telek pointed me to
drm/linux-core/drm_pciids.h, where I added my card. This made nouveau
detect my card, and the xerver started successfully.
I didn't test further -- for example I didn't compile the mesa nouveau
code to enable 3D.
So what should I test ?

Event.observe on IE
I''m working again on unloading events before making my ajax call.
This code works on Firefox/Opera, but IE doesn''t seem to get the
onclick events registered. Could someone with IE take a look?
http://hank.org/demos/ajax3.html
The js is included in that file. There''s alerts() to show when the
events are registered.
The idea of the code is to look for any

Float -> BigDecimal
So, I''m personally cool with this change (patch from #5454, applied in
[4596]), and I''ll make it work for Oracle tomorrow.
But just wondering if folks considered the performance impact of the
change? From a simple test it seems that BigDecimal math is about twice
as slow as using Floats.
