Wiki access, please?
Hi all,
Requesting edit permissions for the wiki. I'm going to be involved in planning some of the dojos and possibly working on the cloud instance SIG, and would like to be able to edit the wiki as needed.

Syntax for ACLs?
Hey all,
Is there better documentation on setting up ACLs for the wiki than
what's here?
Thanks,

This past Wed., 9/28/05, NewsForge [a website property of the Open Source

Container Pipeline placeholder
Hi,
I've created http://wiki.centos.org/ContainerPipleline as a placeholder
to start populating about the pipeline. Although this will run from
ci.centos.org hosted infra ( http://wiki.centos.org/QaWiki/CI ) - and it
will form a sort of ecocystem test + release process, I think it
deserves scope beyond being just under the CI namespace.

CentOS Dojos, 2020 (And call for volunteers)
Hi, folks,
I would like to (slightly) expand our number of CentOS Dojos in 2020.
(If you're not familiar with the concept of Dojos, please read
https://wiki.centos.org/Events/Dojo/ and perhaps attend our event in
Brussels in January! https://wiki.centos.org/Events/Dojo/Brussels2020 )
For 2020, we have tentatively 3 planned:
* FOSDEM Dojo (Jan 31)
* Oak Ridge National Labs (September)

the seven.c.o blog and twitter
hi,
wondering if we should setup a twitter account for seven.centos.org and
have it linked into the blog code to auto tweet on new posts ? There is
a lot of great content on the blog now, and I suspect its not getting a
lot of air time.
Could we do something similar for the centos facebook groups as well ?
Regards

A request for help managing wiki permissions
Long story short, the core team doesn't need to be in the business of
micro-managing wiki permissions. We've not been that good at it during
the best of times, and as the 6.6 build process is showing we've clearly
let some stuff slip without following up on it appropriately here.
What I'd propose is that 3-4 people who have been around the
distribution a while (perhaps John

D'oh, should've looked at this before hand. Seems you've done more
or less what I've done and taken the streaming code from the
mpeg/vorbis plugins and meshed it in with yours.

Save the date: CERN Dojo, October 19th, 2018
On October 19th, 2018, we will once again be hosting a CentOS Dojo at
CERN, in Meyrin, Switzerland[1]. This will be a full day of CentOS
presentations, drawn both from CERN and from the broader CentOS community.
The call for papers is now open[2]. We're looking for talks about
anything CentOS related, but we're particularly interested in:
* OpenStack, and other cloud platforms
* Ceph,

[OT] How to get a deal for INTL speakers?
This is pretty far off topic, but seeing as though it directly affects the
upcoming Canada on Rails (http://canadaonrails.com) conference in April, I
figure it kind of applies to Rails :)
I need to find the best place to get discount tickets for the international
speakers coming from Europe, and figure you guys would know where the best
places are to get deals.
I have checked klm.com, and
