Disallow some sftp commands
Hello, Couple of days ago, I received a request from a customer. He wants to provide sftp users access to a directory tree containing files. The users must have full rights, but he also wants to avoid moving or deleting directories. This is mostly to prevent mistakenly drag and drop from user's graphical client (Filezilla). Said differently, he wants to protect the directories organization.

Unable to make outgoing calls with Internode
Surely there must be someone here who can help me with this problem. I have spent weeks trying to get this damned service to work with no luck. I have incoming calls working, but no outgoing. If get outgoing working then incoming don't work. I have sent this problem to this list a couple of times with little or no response, and I _really_ need some help to sort it out. I have an asterisk

Asterisk Inbound calls, multiple SIP accounts, calledID
Hi Dmitriy and others and thanks for your help so far. The option "match_auth_username=yes" seems to have had no effect. From my reading, this option will try to match the username of the incoming SIP account to a section heading. If that is how it must work then i can see a big problem. I'm trying to present the receptionist with a nice display of which line the call came in on.

Possible feature request: sync_on_close mode for scp/sftp uploads
Hi all, First, my apologies if this is not the right forum for this... if there is a more appropriate place to make OpenSSH feature requests, or if this feature already exists, please let me know. Some background: My company makes an 'embedded' audio server box that runs Debian Linux, and one of the product's features is that users can upload files to the server via SSH, using their

fsync in ext3: A question
Hi, I have a question on fsync() and ext3's journaling modes. Assume that I call fsync(fd) on a file. If that file is in 'data=journal' mode, would the fsync() return once the data gets safely into the journal ? On the other hand, if that file is in 'data=writeback' mode, would the fsync() return only when the data gets safely into its actual location ? Any help is

Hello all, I have an Asterisk server (Asterisk 10.12.4) with multiple sip accounts with the same service provides. We have 8 phone numbers in total. Incoming calls from the public are all correctly directed to appropriate office handsets. However, the display on the reception phone (the only one i care about) is always showing the same "SIP/Account1_0843214321" rather than the account

[PATCH] BUG on fsync/fdatasync with Ext3 data=journal
Hello, We found that fsync and fdatasync syscalls sometimes don't sync data in an ext3 file system under the following conditions. 1. Kernel version is 2.6.6 or later (including 2.6.8.1 and 2.6.9-rc2). 2. Ext3's journalling mode is "data=journal". 3. Create a file (whose size is 1Mbytes) and execute umount/mount. 4. lseek to a random position within the file, write 8192 bytes
