Version controlled (git) Maildir generated by Dovecot
Or on a testing system I can just stop Dovecot, remove everything that doesn't start with a number and restart Dovecot and connect Thunderbird and see the results. Thank you.

ustack()s of SIGSEGV''ed programs
Hi all,
I am trying to write a D script which would print ustack() for every
program in the system receiving SIGSEGV. All the stacks printed in
trap()/sigtoproc() context do not have meaningful symbols.
The following solves the problem to some degree but I''d much rather have
a self-contained D script.
dtrace -w -n ''fbt:genunix:sigtoproc:entry/arg2 == 11/ {

terminal hangs on solaris
Every once in a while, my terminal session with an OpenSSH server (any
version, up to and including 2.9p2) will hang indefinitely upon logout, rather
than returning to the shell on my UNIX client machine (or closing the window,
if in a M$ environment). Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the problem, but it
does occur frequently enough to be annoying. When it does happen, this is what

Stuck here - help please
Hi Gerald,
Thank you for the details. As per your suggestion, I have made the changes
to dovecot.conf file. Still I don't see any replication is happening.
Please see the dovecot.conf file.
I do not see "/etc/dovecot/conf.d/12-replication.conf" in my servers. So I
had put everything in the dovecot.conf file only. Please see the complete
data in it below. The below data is in

Issues with Ldap client on Centos 5
Hi Friends,
We are running some of the Centos 5 32 bit, 5.2 64-bit systems. These
systems are ldap clients and the ldap server is Windows 2003 Server.
Sometimes 1 or 2 services on these servers sucks 100% cpu and the load
becomes high on the server.
Below is an example where one the httpd process was eating 100% cpu
and we took dump of this process

Stuck here - help please
Thank you for the reply.
I have done the sync manually with "doveadm sync" command. But, I have not
configured the replication yet.
I am looking at the below webpage for the replication.
https://wiki.dovecot.org/Replication
I am using the dovecot version "2.2.36". I am confused with what needs to
be done after reading that page.
1. They are talking about v2.3.1 and v2.2+.
