Hi Everyone, I can connect the Jabra GN2124 + GN2100 (smart cord) to the Aastra 53i receiver port and I get a tone. But when I connect it to the headset port there is no tone. Hi Everyone, I am running DD-WRT on a router that feeds about 30 Aastra 6753i. The phones occasionally go into "No Service" mode. The POE switch doesn't seem to be the problem as it's tested fine. Hi guys, Does the Aastra line of phones work with dns srv records? I'm trying to get my 8133i to do this and in the settings it asks for ip addresses of registration and proxy servers. Does this mean that it will not just let me put the domain name in like other devices I have and then do fail over to other servers when needed? If these phones do not what phones do? Thanks, Tom

Hi, When implementing click2dial feature, I can trigger an Aastra phone to auto-answer using statement like : SIPAddHeader(Alert-Info: info=alert-autoanswer); This is very convenient when trying to reach a distant party (ie through PSTN) The trouble is when 2 Aastra are calling each other over the LAN, this single statement is memorized somehow and both phones (caller and callee) auto-answer.

Hello, I have some Aastra 9112i's in production that almost function flawlessly. The problem I'm having is when a caller is put on hold they do not hear hold music. If they are on hold for too long (~ a minute?) they are hung up on. All other phones including Aastra 480i and Sipura/Linksys ATAs all seem to be working fine.
