PJSIP question
A few months ago I started using and had to abandon PJSIP because my dialplan could not read the inbound signalling IP address, which I can read now in Asterisk11 using CHANNEL(recvip). My app relies on this information. The question is, is it possible now access the signalling IP of an incoming SIP call using PJSIP? Philip

safest way to mount iscsi loopback..

I'm not sure what 'iscsi loopback' even means. iSCSI is used to mount a virtual block device hosted on another system (initiator mode) or to share a virtual block device (target mode), while loopback is used to mount a local file as a device, such as an .iso image of an optical disc. can you

Capture Media IP in CDR
I am not proxying the media, but never the less I am forced to store the source media IP in my CDR, for regulatory reasons. Asterisk gets that information when the reinvite comes, but how do I store it? If I don't figure this out my next email will be from Federal Prison. Kindly help me stay away from those guys. Eventually we all need to save that information or we shall not be able to stay

Call ID of the second call leg
Hello friends, I am trying to deeply integrate asterisk cdr with voipmonitor cdr. I can access the caller Call ID (fbasename field in voipmonitor cdr) looking at the SIPCALLID variable in asterisk, but how can I access from within asterisk the Call ID of the second leg of the call (the one originating from asterisk to the destination peer)? is there a variable holding this value? Thank you

Bug#503046: xen-utils-3.2-1: inadequate error handling for the case of a failure to use a loopback device
Package: xen-utils-3.2-1 Version: 3.2.1-2 Severity: normal When a DomU is defined as using a file: device the loopback driver will be used to make it appear to be a regular block device. The loopback driver will by default only support 8 nodes so this is a limited resource. http://etbe.coker.com.au/2008/10/22/kernel-issues-with-debian-xen-and-centos-kernels/ If there is a problem that prevents

Answering agent
Hello friends, when a call arrives in the queue, a CDR record is created, but there is no info about which agent has picked up the call. I can find that info only in queue_log. Is there a way to have that info in the CDR or maybe in a variable in the "h" context, when the call is ended? Leandro -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

Loopback connetion issue
Hi, I''m experiencing some troubles with an application in a VM (domain-1) which needs to connect too itself via the loopback interface. It seems that the connection process hang during the TCP handshake. I have a running web server in this VM which run perfectly. Logged in Domain-1, i''ve tried to reach the webserver with telnet but the same problem happens. Even pinging the

TE405p -- loopback for the phone company?
Feeling once again like an idiot, I come to the list for help... While my carrier (MCI vi PRI, fwiw) was trying to diagnose a problem, they asked me to put my interface in loopback -- and I couldn't figure out what they meant or how to do it. I've plugged a loopback *connector* into my 405p and tested it internally, but they wanted something that, apparently, looped back _their_

Bug#503044: xen-utils-common: should make the loopback device default to supporting more nodes
Package: xen-utils-common Version: 3.2.0-2 Severity: normal When file: sources are used for Xen block devices the Xen system will use a loopback device for each one. It's quite common for DomUs to be configured with two block devices (one for storage and one for swap) and not uncommon to have a block device for each filesystem (which makes it easier to grow filesystems). Jails and loopback interfaces
Hi, Running: Freebsd 6.0 I am wondering if it is possible to have acces to loopback ip in a jail. I currently have a server running a jail. In the jail, there is a database and a web server. I would like to be able to have the database only bind on a loopback address and not on the jail's ip. Can this be done and how? Thanks -Cyril
