Yep. Just grab the 'netinstall' iso file and burn it. Re: install issues
Are you trying to install the 64-bit or the 32-bit? While the install is running, some of the other virtual consoles display logs and error information. What do those show when the install rejects your disk? What result did you get trying from the HTTP install? -----Original Message----- From: centos-bounces at centos.org [mailto:centos-bounces at centos.org] On Behalf Of William Warren Sent:

OpenSSH server doesn't log client disconnect without SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT

OpenSSH logs the disconnection regardless of whether the client sends SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT or just drops the connection. A little more information may be logged from the disconnect packet if it was sent, but there should always be a

hardware isues
I have a broadcom bcm5722 and a dual intel pro/1000 pt nic in a dell t110. The setup sees the cards and i put them into automatic mode. After the install no cards are detected at all. Astaro 8.01 detects and utilizes all of these cards just fine. I have also tried ubuntu server 10.04 lts and they work fine. I'm curious if this is a bug with Centos 6?

What is the System Event Log?
My Dell PowerEdge T105 running Centos-5.2 has started crashing fairly often (3 times in the last 2 hours). The message on the screen tells me to look at the System Event Log. Is this just /var/log/messages ? I didn't see anything helpful there. As far as I could see, the last messages before the crash were about samba, which is running on the machine. Has anyone had such problems with Samba?

Anyone Using a Dell PowerEdge T105 in Production
Unbeatable price for a low end Asterisk server (or any server for that matter) http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=us&cs=04&kc=6W300&l=en&oc=bednv4k&s=bsd I wonder if anyone has any experience with this box and Digium or Sangoma hardware? Any compatibility issues? If not, I might stock up on them. Thanks, Steve Totaro -------------- next part

failure to start httpd after today update
Hello, I ran today update of my CentOS 6.9 running on Dell T105 (AMD OPTERON) and httpd failed to start. Any idea what could cause that? I never had a problem after CentOS 6.x update. Web server runs since March 2017. I do updates usually once in a week. Thank you Mikhail Utin

request for hosting ( London, UK )
Hi Chaps, A couple of Sun Netra t105 have been donated to the CentOS Project. The machines are located in London and I was wondering if anyone in the area might be able to host these machines for us ? They come with 19" rack rails. We would need access to some - but not a whole lot of - bandwidth. We plan on using these machines in developer roles, for code testing and sandbox builds.

[LLVMdev] [PATCH / PROPOSAL] bitcode encoding that is ~15% smaller for large bitcode files...
Hi all, I've been looking into how to make llvm bitcode files smaller. There is one simple change that appears to shrink linked bitcode files by about 15%. See this spreadsheet for some rough data: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjRrJHQc4_bddEtJdjdIek5fMDdIdFFIZldZXzdWa0E The change is in how operand ids are encoded in bitcode files. Rather than use an "absolute
