Problem using echolink and wine
Good day all, I've been trying to make Echolink (a ham radio VOIP application) to work under wine. The application currently fires up and runs just fine. Heck it can even control my radio via the serial port (most impressive). However i'm having no luck getting my line-in sound input on the PC to be picked up by Echolink. Let me explain a bit of what echolink does.... Echolink

wine 1.1.4 and 2nd soundcard (alsa)
Moin, I am using a kind of VoIP Software (Echolink) that run perfekt with the build in soundcard. But I want to use my headset, that appears as soundcard 1 (hw:1.0). I can choose the soundcard in Echolink (default, external and system default), but this goes to the build in card independent from this setting. Can I configure wine to use the 2nd card? Or can I configure wine to use the 2nd

flame request
I've upgraded from Mandrake 10.0 to 10.1 CE, which meant moving from wine 20040213 to 20040813. It sorta runs , I have the C drive pointed to the win directory off my home dir thats used by win4lin, I know it can see this as the fonts are OK. I can only get regedit and notepad to run from the menubar, plus the old problem of not finding c:\ and running a VOIP prog called echolink which runs

Re: FRS and GMRS via *
You don't need to reinvent anything to tie radios to *. Ham systems like IRLP, Echolink, eqso etc all have fairly tight controls to keep from being abused (although with a little Linux knowledge, the IRLP package can easily be used to set up your own network using their protocol). Jim Dixon seems to have done the work to integrate radios with * already. See

I don't see that in your configuration. Are you using it? In a config using Dovecot's submission proxy?

Learning ham/spam with IMAPSieve: sa-learn-ham.sh terminated abnormally, signal 11
Since I want to avoid debugging old and already fixed bugs, I updated to # dovecot --version 2.3.8 (9df20d2db) Now the debug log is a bit more chatty, but the error remains: Debug: program exec:/usr/lib/dovecot/sieve/rspamd-learn-ham.sh: Created Debug: program exec:/usr/lib/dovecot/sieve/rspamd-learn-ham.sh: Pass environment: USER=user at domain.tld Debug: program

Learning ham/spam with IMAPSieve: sa-learn-ham.sh terminated abnormally, signal 11
> Hmm, so now it suddenly works. So, why would it not fail when run in GDB? That would be my question as well. I have no idea except from having executed gdb as root and dovecot running as user vmail.

Hi, > You can attach GDB to imap with follow-fork-mode set to 'child', so you > can maybe see what causes the segfault. now I am confused. Hopefully, I used GDB correctly, but as far as I can see, everything seemed to work. The only difference I can see is that I executed the whole thing as root, but I would hope doveadm uses the correct user (vmail). At least on the file

Learning ham/spam with IMAPSieve: sa-learn-ham.sh terminated abnormally, signal 11
Hello, I am trying to get rspam to learn what is spam and what is ham. After following the IMAPSieve guide in the dovecot wiki (https://wiki2.dovecot.org/HowTo/AntispamWithSieve), the mail.log shows the following, whenever I move a mail from the Spam folder to my inbox and vice versa: sieve: Opening script 1 of 1 from `/usr/lib/dovecot/sieve/report-ham.sieve' sieve: Loading script

But in the end it's just the name of a bash script. Now I changed it as you proposed, since it just makes more sense, but the error remains: Error: program `/usr/lib/dovecot/sieve/rspamd-learn-ham.sh' terminated

Ham radio application error
I'm attempting to run a ham radio app called DX4WIN in Wine. Install seems to be just fine. Running the app executable results in the following error: "vichw11.sys missing from windows\system32\drivers, please copy file to that location" The install correctly puts the file in that location so obviously there is another issue. I believe this is a device driver for serial/parallel
