CentOS 7.6 and Xen 4.6
Hey all,
In order to make sure SIG content is "fresh", whenever a new version
of CentOS comes out, content is discarded automatically unless SIG
chairs specifically request it to be moved over.
At the moment, Xen has three repos that are under consideration to be moved up:
virt/x86_64/xen-46
virt/x86_64/xen-48
virt/x86_64/xen-410
I'll request xen-48 and xen-410 to be updated for

Virus checker leaving "chmod of" files in samba log
Hi all,
I am running a Samba 3.0.0-14.3E server on a RedHat Enterprise WS3.
Here's the problem:
When I am connected from my PC (Windows 2000) and run the
MacAffee v4.5.1 virus scanner on the connected share, I see the following
in the Samba log file (debug level=2) for what appears to be each file in
the share:
[2004/07/20 13:02:51, 2] smbd/open.c:open_file(250)

Starting the gotour server on CentOS 6
Hey CentOS folks!
I have an interesting issue with starting a server on a CentOS 6 KVM guest.
The server (service) in particular is gotour, which is a web application
created by Google and their Golang developers, intended to teach users the
basics of using the Go programming langauge.
When starting gotour, the program claims to be binding to port 12049, but
the VM doesn't seem to be serving

Is logic right?
OK. My basic asterisk install seems to be working. I can get caller
ID. My dialplan says:
[incoming]
; incoming calls from the FXO port are directed to this context from
zapata.conf
exten => s/9185415897,1,Set(CALLERID(name)=Michael Sullivan)
exten => s/9185415897,1,HANGUP(1)
exten => s,1,Set(CALLERID(name)=Someone Else)
This is for testing. It's supposed to check the caller ID

Meetme Talker Optimization
Hello, all. I've been playing with MeetMe and talker optimization
seemed like a great idea. I activated it as follows:

However, although I can see who is the talker on the CLI

ssh-askpass keyboard grab problems
We're developing a security application (http://iscs.sourceforge.net)
that uses SSH for out-of-band management. Sometimes we want to use rsa
keys and other times we want to use user ids and passwords. We noticed
that there was not an OpenSSH API that we could use to pass the user's
password and that we could not give it via stdin. We did notice that we
could set SSH_ASKPASS and launch
