I need some suggestions, I want to limit the up and down bandwidth of PPPoE users that are terminated on a Linux router (kernel 2.6). What are my options, can I apply tbf qdisc on a ppp interface? Is it possible to set up asterisk to connect to one SIP provider using both adsl connections and load balance between the two connections?
