OpenVZ configuration of networking with puppet - big crash
I am trying to streamline the current distribution specific setup and
creation of VE''s within OpenVZ with puppet. My first attempt has gone
horribly wrong as you will see below. Here''s the script I wrote to
replace the redhat specific setup that OpenVZ used:

#!/bin/bash

udev rename NIC failed
Hi,
Sometimes, I found one of my Mellanox NIC renamed to rename6, instead
of eth1. The right names of NICs in my system should be:
eth0 Mellanox NIC
eth1 Mellanox NIC
eth2 Intel NIC
eth3 Intel NIC
eth4 Intel NIC
eth5 Intel NIC
eth0 and eth1 will combined as bond1 with mode 4. However, the current
names are:
eth0 Mellanox

TC on multiple nics
Happy New Year.
Finally got my fw and tc rules down pat for the bridge, now interested
in introducing a third nic to have nat on the box as well. Does anyone
have a idea of a good place to start reading up on the subject, mainly
interested in how to setup the flow direction to start with as to get a
overall understanding of the flow, found that help best.

Leaky bucket in TC
Hi,
I am trying to control bandwidths of the connections by using TC with
HTB. But I want to implement Leaky Bucket on this structure so as to
have a straight flow.
Due to being new in this area, could anyone help me how I could do this?
Does TC support leaky bucket?
Best regards,

Hi all,
i''m puzzled by a ploblem and I don''t know how to debug it...
I have a firewall with 2 gateways, adsl and isdn. Main gateway is via
adsl, backup via isdn. I setup 2 table ''adsl'' and ''isdn''. You can find a
description below.
I made a script to test both tables. That mainly
