For many months now we have been trying to create a file-backed qcow image with the qcow-create code. I've created my storage pool incorrectly. I'm using LVM and I have a volume group called vms-lvm. When I look at it in virt-manager I see that the volumes it contains are home, root and swap, so when I created the storage group in virt-manager I must have specified something incorrectly. hi all what does it mean if the total network speed on internal LAN is greater than the external LAN and why it happens? the extrnal LAN here is the Intenet using a dedicated bandwidth. and BTW the linux box NATting has no shapping at all. just direct piping

There appears to be 2 different styles of progress meter. One style shows stars with total size transfered and time remaining. The second doesn't display the stars, but does provide a percent complete and transfer rate. How can one force a particular style of progress meter? I personally prefer the one which displays the rate of transfer, but I don't know how to get that to display on all
