How to flatten a tree (based on list) to a certain depth?
Suppose that I have the following list of lists of frames 'root' (let's call it a 'tree' of frames). I want to flatten it to be a list of frames. However, if I unlist(root), it will flatten the frames as well. Is there a simply way to flatten the tree to certain depth? aframe1=data.frame(x=1:3,y=1:3) aframe2=data.frame(u=7:9,v=11:13) aframe3=data.frame(p=3:5,q=6:8)

How to describe the RegisterInfo?
Yes, the arch is just as you said, something like AMD GPU, but Intel GPU don't have separate register file for 'scalar/vector'. In fact my idea of defining the register tuples was borrowed from SIRegisterInfo.td in AMD GPU. But seems that AMD GPU mainly support i32/i64 register type, while Intel GPU also support byte/short register type. So I have to start defining the registers from

sorting a data frame by rownames
Hi there, I'm sure there's an easy answer to this, and I can't wait to see it. The question: is there an easy way to sort a data frame by it's row names? My dilemma: I've had to pull apart a data frame, run it through a loop to do some calculations and generate new variables, and then re-construct the chunks back into a data frame at the end. Doing this preserves the row

Do subroutines need their own h extension?
Hi all, According to the documentation ( http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+h+extension): Be aware: Macros require their own h extension as they do not make use of the calling context's h extension! Does this apply to subroutines too? I am unable to find the corresponding explanation. If not: what happens when a call is hanged-up during the execution of a subroutine? Is the h

Slider controls
Heya! Thanks to Marty Haught, script.aculo.us (as of changeset 2281) now sports a new Control for horizontal and vertical sliders. See the functional test file (test/functional/slider_test.html) for information on how to use it. Basically, you do: <div id="track1" style="width:200px;background-color:#aaa;height:5px;"> <div id="handle1"

Slider.js - Attemting to put values in form.
I can''t figure out how to take that value that the user has chosen in the slider and put that into a form value. Does anybody know how to do this? Here is my code so far (It''s pretty much directly from script.aculo.us): <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"> <html> <head> <title>Text effects tests</title> <script

How to describe the RegisterInfo?
Hi Escha, Great to have your comment! Do you have any specific reason for not doing like this? I am not sure whether I understand your point correctly. For "just model one thread", do you mean "only considering ONE of the 8/16 working lanes that running in lock-step way"?? For my case, may be something like I only need to define r0~r127 as register for i32 register (each r#

slider not working in a table for IE 6
Hello, I''m trying to use the slider inside a table and am having problems. I''m wondering if anybody can help or, if it just isn''t possible for some reason. The following 2 entries are the exact same code (1 inside <div></div> and 1 inside <table><tr><td></td></tr></table>). The div one works fine but the table one

using reshape to do ANOVA mixed models
Hi, I just started with R and I found that there are many options to rearrange the data to do mixed models. I want to use the reshape function. I have 2 between subject variables and one within. I was able to change the data structure but still - the result of the aov functions are calculating everything as a within subject. the table looks like this: SerialNo breed treatment distance_1

Creating a scrolling effect with slider
I''m currently working on a method to implement a scroller for a div using a slider. I need to do this as an alternative to making a stylish flash scroller with content. The main advantage of this method is to allow the ability to style the sliding elements cross browser (and maybe as a future add on... the ability to have a scroll.to for a scrolling div). This is my first attempt at

xtabs
Hi, In Splus if I call the function crosstabs() the output is a contigency table; in each cell of the table is printed: N, N/RowTotal, N/ColTotal, N/Total. N is the number of observations in each cell. The same call to xtabs() in R will produce the contigency table but the only entry in each cell is N. How can I get the same relative frequencies that crosstabs() gives? Thanks, mike --

[cfe-dev] CFG simplification question, and preservation of branching in the original code

[cfe-dev] CFG simplification question, and preservation of branching in the original code
Changing the order of the checks in CodeGenPrepare::optimizeSelectInst() sounds good to me. But you may need to go further for optimum performance. For example, we may be canonicalizing math/logic IR patterns into 'select' such as in the recent: https://reviews.llvm.org/D67799 So if you want those to become ALU ops again rather than branches, then you need to do the transform later in

DPI slider
Hello there, I installed Championship Manager 01/02 using the brilliant Wine on my Ubuntu 10.04.1 system. It installed fine, but when I was in the game the mouse wasn't visible at all. I thought it may have been a graphics issue so started fiddling with the graphics settings in the wine configuration menu. As part of this experimentation I moved the dpi slider right up to maximum and applied
