STI and unit testing
Hi all, I''m having a bit of a problem with unit testing. I''ve simplified my
models to try and get my head round it but I''m still struggling. I''m using
STI and trying to write tests for the extended models (code below). I''ve
written test cases for the extended models which themselves extend the test
case for the parent model, so BarTest extends

Reporting for Asterisk Call Center
Dear Tariq;
About elastix.org, this can be use with Asterisk or it is coming as a complete IP Telephony, Call Center, IVR and Reporting?
Because, I do not need to install another IP Telephony on the server which already has asterisk which is an IP Telephony, this will cause a problem in the service (for example, when listening for SIP port of 5060).

Missing fields in search result
Hello ferret users,
I have a problem with ferret dropping stored fields in the index.
Not all fields I want to store get stored, so they can be searched, but
can''t be retrieved in a search.
Index creation:
INDEX = Index::Index.new(:path => ''/home/gregor/wisa/index'',
:analyzer => Analysis::WhiteSpaceAnalyzer.new)

Concatenated key
Hi all,
I started playing a couple days ago with Rails and it find it very
interesting.
But I''m a bit stuck with making it work with a concatenated primary key.
I want to use my own names for the DB fields and I''m using SQL Server
2005.
My tables look roughly like this:
CREATE TABLE USERS (
USR_ID VARCHAR(25) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,
USR_PASS VARCHAR(25)
)
CREATE TABLE
