A unique 'click to call' project - Could use some advice <--one thing I forgot
In the example I posted previous, there is an obvious gaping security hole,
it would be trivial for someone to read the querystring and exploit it to
make free phone calls, spoof caller ID (if you allow the CallerID to be set
with a QueryString value), etc. You want to make damn sure that the URL is
not publicly accessible or somehow obsfucate the querystring, or use POST.
In my case, I

A unique 'click to call' project - Could usesome advice
Colin,
Thanks for your assistance.
Reading over your advice I seem to still be a bit confused.
My agents are not on the Asterisk server; it appears in your advice that
my the call will travel this path:
WWW interface --> agent enters their DID, platform to use, and
termination DID --> AST calls agent --> Agent calls termination DID
If my agents are not on the Asterisk server

A unique 'click to call' project - Could use some advice
Hello List,
I work for an IP communication provider in upstate NY as the engineer
assisting our technical support team.
We provide a number of different Telco systems to residential
subscribers; and in an effort to more effectively trouble shoot
termination problems I came up with the idea of creating a click to call
system that will allow our agents to effortlessly place test calls.

fentonups driver patch for Effekta MHD3000 UPS
Hi ups-devel,
As I looked throw www.networkupstools.org site, haven't found any
pointers where to send patches, so I hope this is the right place.
(Please let me know weather this is the right place.)
The patch contains a minor change in the logic of the driver, our
Effekta MHD 3000 UPS continuously writes status data to the serial port,
so one has to send a CR character and empty the

dovecot + winbind problem
Hi!
I'm having some problem with our setup. I have a linux server
authenticating from a win2k3 domain controller via winbind and pam. When
i try to log in I receive the following error messages:

winbind problem
Hi!
I'm not sure if this is the right place for winbind related questions,
but i did not find any WB related mailing lists.
I have a minor problem with my winbind setup. I'm using winbind+samba to
authenticate users from my win2k3 PDC, and everything works fine. Only
problem is, whenever a local user logs in (or cron use it) to my linux
system i get these entries in my error log:

Uncompressed size in bytes
Hi!
I would like to decompress an ogg vorbis file from the memory to the
memory.
I wrote my own callbacks for it (Why isn't there callback functions for
it? Just for void* data, and a size_t size).
Now I can read the ogg file from the memory but I don't know the total
size of the uncompressed data (I would like to decompress the data at
once).
How can I get the bitstream decompressed
