Flash Panel / Queue Slots
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hello,
is there any way to make the Flash Operator Panel show which agents are
logged in in a specific queue? (both static and dynamic agents)
I've played around with the queue / queue agents settings from the Flash
Panel documentation (http://www.asternic.org). The way it is described
there, I could only make the Flash panel show that a queue

Rails + Flashpaper, anyone?
I have been trying to find some type of documentation on integrating
Adobe Flash Paper into my rails apps as type of output for reports.
* possible to upload a document => convert it to flash paper (like
scribd)
* take rendered output and place into flash paper
* or some spin on the above.
If anyone has done this or could possibly point me in the right
direction, that would be greatly

ferret and mongrel
Dear all,
Does anybody know if there''s problem with ferret running with mongrel ? I
got unpredictable segfaults. Everything works well with fastcgi instead of
mongrel.
I use ruby 1.8.5, apache 2, mod proxy, mongrel 0.3.13.4, ferret 0.10.13 and
rails 1.1.6
Thanks,

mongrel, gem & cgi_multipart_eof_fix updates
This might just have affected my particular setup but thought it might
be worth noting for others.

mongrel cluster (+ Apache 2.2.4 + proxy balancer) not redirecting correctly
I''m in the process of setting up a mongrel cluster at the moment, and I''m
running into a bit of an issue. Even worse is that I''m not sure whether
this is a mongrel thing, or an Apache thing. While I''m inclined to think
that this might be a balancer thing, I decided there was a higher chance
hearing back from mongrel-users than from apache-users, so I''d

The following gets data for the list of tickers:
tickers <- c("SHY","TLT","SPY","IWM","GLD","IEV","ILF","EWJ","EPP","SAF","ASA")

Sweave & xtable
I am just starting to learn Sweave (really neat tool). I am pretty
early in the learning curve (I had to think a moment ago whether a # or
% was the appropriate comment character).
I have successfully incorporated simple graphics and outputs, but am
having trouble getting a latex (xtable) table to function properly.
Latex is seemingly treating the xtable code as input or verbatim text.

help! problem with mongrel, request.remote_ip and lighttpd
I have an existing rails application on lighttpd and I am trrying to upgrade
to mongrel for the enhanced scalability it offers.
I am running mongrel 1.1.1, rails 1.2.5, lighttpd 1.4.13 and ruby 1.8.5
Everything is working great except request.remote_ip returns 127.0.0.1 or
192.168.0.102 (the internal network address of the server running lighty).
I''ve seen some older posts about

Two Mongrel''s Two Rails Applications
Hi, I have Mongrel up and running for one application (port 3000), but
when I start another Mongrel for a second application (port 4000) I can
access both sites locally (using curl) but not remotly via a browser.
If I stop the first applications Mongrel and start the second the second
one works. In other words I can only run one application at once...
I have both on different ports, it makes

I made an attempt to switch to mongrel today and I''m running into a strange
