.ARM.exidx woes
Is it possible to force llvm/clang to not create a .ARM.exidx section for a bare-metal application that does not use exceptions? I've tried -fno-exceptions -fno-unwind-tables, but it still generates the section with all functions marked as 'cantunwind'. As a temporary punt I tried linking (using lld) with /DISCARD/ on the section, but that seemed to crash lld, which is another

.ARM.exidx woes
Appreciate the response - explanation makes sense. It might be desirable to have something like '-fno-exceptions -fno-unwind-tables' really kill that section but I won't push that argument. As to the lld issue, I was seeing a crash in 6.0.1. This was specifically just using: "/DISCARD/ : { *(.ARM.exidx*) }". I tried this morning with 7.0.0 and it did not reproduce, so call

Every other user can sudo. I run many shell servers I do not want every user being able to sudo. With su, first they have to break into an account that is part of the wheel group. Then

What does oggz_tell() actually return?
Hello all, I'm trying to use liboggz to parse and display Ogg media files. I'm wondering what the return value of oggz_tell() actually is and how is one supposed to use it. The documentation says that oggz_tell() returns "the current offset of oggz". This sounds like it would be basically the file position indicator, and could be used to seek within the Ogg file to a

No idea. I would just be guessing. So, I'll guess. oplocks are buggy and different versions of windows handle them differently. Just don't use oplocks. fw to fw question
Hi. I''m a happy shorewall user. I found something that looks like a possible bug. I''m using shorewall on a single computer at home. I''m using the privoxy proxy server and dansguardian content filter. I configured shorewall based on the "one interface" example from the shorewall.net website. I set the firewall up so that users cannot directly connect to

FW: FW: Specifying spec and output format inline?
One more try? I just want the script to save the rspec output to an html file when the script is run. In this case, the script will be run from SciTE using F5, rather than by command line. Is there a way to specify this within the ruby script? ________________________________ From: rspec-users-bounces at rubyforge.org [mailto:rspec-users-bounces at rubyforge.org] On Behalf Of Adam Reed
