[PATCH] v2v: -o rhv-upload: cancel disk transfer on open failure
Make sure to cancel the trasfer in RHV in case of failure during the open/creation of the disk in RHV, so it is automatically removed. --- v2v/rhv-upload-plugin.py | 4 ++++ 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+) diff --git a/v2v/rhv-upload-plugin.py b/v2v/rhv-upload-plugin.py index 57e90484f..51a7f381a 100644 --- a/v2v/rhv-upload-plugin.py +++ b/v2v/rhv-upload-plugin.py @@ -193,12 +193,14 @@ def

help: advice on the structuring of ReML models for analysing growth curves
Hi R experts, I am interested on the effects of two dietry compunds on the growth of chicks. Rather than extracting linear growth functions for each chick and using these in an analysis I thought using ReML might provide a neater and better way of doing this. (I have read the pdf vignette("MlmSoftRev") and "Fitting linear mixed models in R" by Douglas Bates but I am not

Code works standalone, yet same code fails when part of package
Hi I'm missing something here but I cannot figure out what. What I can see is that the same code works when I load it via source(...) yet fails when I execute it after loading the package I have built (which includes the code. Below is a transcript of my R session. First I load the code from a file, using source(). Then I execute it fine. Then I remove the function object, I load the

[PATCH 06/18] rhv-upload: Fix cleanup after errors
When request failed, we paused the transfer. This is not needed since our intent it to cancel the transfer. When closing after failure, we canceled the transfer and removed the disk. This is not needed since the transfer owns the disk and will remove it when canceled. When finalizing times out, we canceled the transfer and removed the disk. This is not needed since the transfer will clean it

Re : using predict() or fitted() from a model with offset; unsolved, included reproducible code
Thanks for your reply Mark, but no, using predict on the new data.frame does not help here. ? I had first thought that the probelm was due?the?explanatory variable (age)?and?the offset one (date) being?very similar (highly?correlated, I am trying to tease their effect apart, and hoped offset would help in this since I know the relationship with age already). But this appears not to be the case.

ReShape chicks example - line plots
Hi, In the examples from the ReShape package there is a simple example of using melt followed by cast that produces a smallish amount of output about the chicks database. Here's the code: library(reshape) names(ChickWeight) <- tolower(names(ChickWeight)) chick_m <- melt(ChickWeight, id=2:4, na.rm=TRUE) DietResults <- cast(chick_m, diet + chick ~ time) DietResults My challenge

regression with nestedness
Dear R-users, I set up an experiment where I put up bluebird boxes across an urbanization gradient. I monitored these boxes and at some point I pulled a feather from a chick and a friend used spectral properties (rtot, a continuous var) to index chick health. There is an effect of sex that I would like to include but how would I set up a regression and look at the effect of urbanization

[PATCH] rhv-upload: Fix waiting for transfer
We were not considering failures while initializing the transfer. In this case the transfer phase can change to PAUSED_SYSTEM or FINISHED_FAILURE, and transfer_url will be None, which failed the upload with a misleading error: RuntimeError: direct upload to host not supported, requires ovirt-engine >= 4.2 and only works when virt-v2v is run within the oVirt/RHV environment, eg. on

It won't even go to google. com. Anyone? Will it really

Model building using lmer
Dear R-experts, Quite new to R on this end, but learning fast (I hope). I am running version 2.7.1 on Windows Vista. I have small dataset which consists of: # NestID: nest indicator for each chicken. Siblings sharing the same nest have the same nest indicator. # Chick: chick indicator consisting of a unique ID for each single chick. # Year: 1, 2. # ClutchSize: 1-, 2- , 3-eggs. # HO:
