[PATCH] x86/hvm: increase struct hvm_vcpu_io's mmio_large_read
Since the emulator now supports a few 256-bit memory operations, this array needs to follow (and the comments should, too). To limit growth, re-order the mmio_large_write_* fields so that the two mmio_large_*_bytes fields end up adjacent to each other. [PATCH v5 5/6] xen/arm: Implement hypercall for dirty page tracing
Add hypercall (shadow op: enable/disable and clean/peek dirtied page bitmap). It consists of two parts: dirty page detecting and saving. For detecting, we setup the guest p2m''s leaf PTE read-only and whenever the guest tries to write something, permission fault happens and traps into xen. The permission-faulted GPA should be saved for the toolstack (when it wants to see which pages

[PATCH 00/45] initial arm v8 (64-bit) support
First off, Apologies for the massive patch series... This series boots a 32-bit dom0 kernel to a command prompt on an ARMv8 (AArch64) model. The kernel is the same one as I am currently using with the 32 bit hypervisor I haven''t yet tried starting a guest or anything super advanced like that ;-). Also there is not real support for 64-bit domains at all, although in one or two places I

[RFC/PATCH v4] XENMEM_claim_pages (subop of existing) hypercall
This is a fourth cut of the hypervisor patch of the proposed XENMEM_claim_pages hypercall/subop, taking into account feedback from Jan and Keir and IanC, plus some fixes found via runtime debugging (using privcmd only) and some added comments/cleanup. [Logistical note: I will be out tomorrow (Friday) plus US holidays next week so my responsiveness to comments may be slower for awhile. --djm]

[PATCH] x86/numa: fix c/s 20120 (Fix SRAT check for discontig memory)
That change converted the (wrong) assumption of contiguous nodes'' memory to a similarly wrong one of assuming discontiguous memory (i.e. each node having separate E820 table entries). The code ought to be able to deal with both, though, and I hope this change makes it so. Signed-off-by: Jan Beulich <jbeulich@novell.com> --- 2009-08-24.orig/xen/arch/x86/srat.c 2009-08-28

ia64 build failure - no fork or ppoll syscalls in 2.6.16
klibc fails to build on ia64 because it has neither fork nor the ppoll syscalls. This patch marks the former in SYSCALLS.def, and puts a guard wrapper around the ppoll definition in ppoll.c Should these calls return ENOSYS rather than simply not existing on some systems? If yes, please apply this and I'll follow up with a patch shortly that does ENOSYS for this and pselect at least.

[PATCH v6 00/16] xen: arm: 64-bit guest support and domU FDT autogeneration
Biggest change is to switch the new DTB node to /xen-core-devices instead of /xen at Stefano''s request. I also dropped the few patches title HACK etc which weren''t supposed to be there and fixed up some bits and pieces which folks commented on. George, WRT the freeze I think this is functionality which we cannot ship Xen 4.4 without. The impact is entirely constrained to the
