Installing and running logcheck on CentOS
I've installed logcheck on CentOS from source, as well as liblockfile
and lockfile-progs.
I've created a logcheck user with /var/lib/logcheck as the home and
/sbin/nologin as the shell. logcheck user is in the adm group. I also
customised the list of logfiles for CentOS. When I run logcheck, I get
the following errors:
# sudo -u logcheck logcheck -ot

asumming this :
REALM=MY.REALM.TLD
DNSDOMAIN=my.domain.tld
and a serviceaccount the spn's.
You can also use the existing

creating Kerberos host principals for multiple hostnames, multihomed server
Hi!
I maintain Linux servers that are members of a Samba4 Domain.
User authentication / login via ssh works fine with Kerberos.
But: only via one hostname.
Those machines need a working Kerberos login via multiple hostnames
(each hostname has its own IP address and DNS is set up correctly.)
"net ads keytab list" of course gives me the main hostname that was in
use when joining the

Hi,
I want to say hello and here is my big problem ;D
Iam trying to archive a Postfix/Dovecot 2.2.10 CentOS7 Multidomain Setup
with multiple (valid
StartSSL Certs), but iam only able to run a single Domain Cert server only.
ps: I need a multiple domainssetup for every customer and it is not an
option for me redirecting any email
to a single domain server. I really need this setup working.

Question for rails multidomain application design
Hi to all,
I would design an application for multidomain support and my question is
what is the best practice to do this kind of application ?
Eg.:
I think to write my application handling the multidomain into routing map:
map.connect ":domain/:controller/:action"
map.connect ":domain/:controller/:action/:id"
Assuming that I hanlde 3 domains for 3 different customers:

nmbd multihomed registration request must be directed at a WINS server error
Hi there,
I just got a new machine with Redhat Enterprise Workstation and samba
3.0.0-14 pre-installed. I am trying to connect it to my existing network
which has a redhat v8 samba v2 PDC controlling 16 or so win2k and winxp
machines.
In the nmbd log I get this error 3 times every 5 seconds or so:
nmbd/nmbd_packets.c:process_nmb_request(1448)
