samba4, NT_STATUS_INVALID_SERVER_STATE
I'm running the latest samba4 (git HEAD)
After trying a samba_upgradeprovision (no errors reported) and samba-tool
dbcheck (no errors reported), I now see this error repeating in the logs:

GPO fail and sysvol perm errors
GPO's fail to apply on Windows clients and sysvol permission errors are logged.
DC is Samba 4.13.0 created via a classic upgrade.
Logged sysvol errors (uid 5025 is the system I ran gpupdate on, don't
know what uid 3000011 refers to):

Samba4 classic upgrade problem
Hello.
I'm trying to perform a classic upgrade from Samba 3.6.6 with LDAP
backend on Debian to 4.1.6 on Ubuntu on a new machine.
The samba-tools creates the following *smb.con*f:
*# cat /etc/samba/smb.conf**
*[global]
workgroup = SOMEDOM
realm = somedom.local
netbios name = SOMEDOM
server role = member server
passdb backend = samba_dsdb

No takers thus far. These are the Samba 4.2 changes to which I
previously referred (https://www.samba.org/samba/history/samba-4.2.0.html) :
For the client side we have the following new options:
"require strong key" (yes by default), "reject md5 servers" (no by
default).
E.g. for Samba 3.0.37 you need "require strong key = no" and

Samba4 DNS: "recursion requested but not available"
Hello all,
This is with Samba 4.0.0rc6 with the built-in DNS server. Found the
problem in Samba 4.0.0rc5 originally, then updated to see if bug had
been fixed between rc5 and rc6.
I am trying to get mail working for a subdomain that is being managed by
Samba 4. I added an MX record, but the problem here is that the Samba 4
DNS server isn't replying with the record:

You may have included this in another email however I will ask anyway, did
you set DNS to your server in the Linux and Windows clients? Can you check
if a Windows Server can join? Can you use DNS management to check the DNS
on you samba server?

I have an NT domain on Debian Stretch. It's been upgraded numerous
times, but has been running for almost a decade. Since upgrading from
4.1.17 to 4.3.3 (huge Debian jump), then to 4.3.6, clients cannot
connect to shares. Prior to upgrading, I found the changes mentioned
for 4.2 regarding NT domains and applied them. Even so, I still cannot
connect to network shares nor print to

Samba, AD and devices compatibility...
I'm trying to test/move some of my LDAP-enabled devices from my actual
OpenLDAP server(s) to my new samba AD domain.
For now, i'm poking with printers, and i'm testing a Konica-Minolta
BizHub C224e.
Defining user autentication to external source, i can set (between
LDAP, NTLM, NDS, ...) 'Active Directory', and i can/must provide the
domain naime.
After that, DNS and kerberos
