(this msg is an extract from what I sent to WV some time ago, with him showing absolutely no interest, I got bored tonight so thought I'd throw

dnsbl feature for dovecot
dnsbl's are a popular method to prevent listed ips from making connections to mta software. cf. postscreen_dnsbl_sites in postfix Would it be possible to introduce such a feature in dovecot, so that connections can be denied based on a dnsbl lookup (where the precise dnsbls used are configurable)? Dunno, your email provider doesn't want to talk to me, heh, screw them :) They claim i'm on an rbl, no rbl checks verify this. Even tried to submit a request using their website, but it's broken and doesn't work (http://postmaster.ausics.net/pmg.php) ----- Forwarded message from patrickdk at patrickdk.com ----- Date: Tue, 06 Oct 2009 23:31:37 -0400 From: Patrick

I have had the same email address since 1997 (when microsoft stole bob.com from me thanks to network solutions...) In the early days I of course was free with my email and used it everwhere. Fast forward to 2012, some 15 years later. woof..the amount of spam sent to me has always just kept getting worse and worse. Mail has quit working
Your IP address is flagged as spam in Real Time Block Lists. Are you using a dynamic IP address? You may have a mis-configured server that is allowing spammers to relay through your server. Another possibility is your system is compromised with a spambot. Mike On 07/24/2018 07:31 AM, TE Dukes wrote: > OK, not sure what happened, my response was rejected by Centos: > > Reason: There was
