Dear all, I was trying to normalize a subset of affy data those transcribe are either P or M (called pm_filter). I am able to normalize pm_filter subset by using RMA method, however MAS5 is not working. For RMA method, I used the following commend: est<-rma(affydata, subset=pm_filter). Hi all, Is there a command line command that controls which virtual X screen a person is viewing? Sure I can click on one of the 4 virtual X screens but can I control that from the command line. Thanks, Jerry

I have a feeling that this is something centered around my apache/Passenger configurations but everything seems to check out. Another off the hand problem I''m having, and might be a clue is w/ my Passenger Pane. I installed the Phusion Passenger Pane and every time I try to add an entry, I get this error: "Your changes couldn’t be saved See the Console log for details."

centos has the 4 virtual desktops by default. if I have a terminal window open in desktop 1 is there a command I can execute (type in) to switch to desktop 2? The mouse will not be attached at this point and I want to switch views using a command line. How do I do that? Thanks, Jerry
