Sieve regex match problem
I'm trying to make a regex to match common mailing list addresses and file messages to corresponding folders. I'm using sieve-test to try and understand what is happening. The sieve script is: require [ "fileinto", "regex", "variables" ]; if header :regex ["Sender"] ["(.*>[ \\t]*,?[ \\t]*)?([^-@]*)-([^-@]*)(-bounces)?@antlr.org"] {

Installing R2.15.1 on ubuntu
Per the suggestion of this list when I posted on the r-help list, I have gone to cran, linux downloads and read the read me file to try and install the binary for R 2.15.1 on my ubuntu AMD64 machine. I added to my sources.list the deb http:\\cran.wustl.edu\bin\linux\ubuntu precise main . Then I ran sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get install r-base. The system promptly installs R 2.14.1 . I

Auto rotation on day/hour or dump possible?
Hi Philipp, Thank you, thats good news that the log on date rotation is in the new version 2.5. And can you indicate what you are waiting for before making it the stable 2.5 release? And in which version of openssl does this problem no longer occur? Sorry for straying from the original question :-) Best regards, Michel > Op 26-06-2023 17:11 CEST schreef Philipp Schafft <phschafft at

confusion over RSAref vul w/OpenSS[HL]
Howdy, The string of notices on BugTraq about RSAref being vulnerable to overflows has me concerned. After trying to sort through all the messages, I can't figure out whether I need to update OpenSSL (a check of their website indicates no new patches), OpenSSH, both, or neither. I am aware there is no known exploit for it yet. I could be a bad boy and just run all

Auto rotation on day/hour or dump possible?
Hi Philipp, Okay that's also a nice solution rename the log file and reload icecast. Only it may be that the file size has been reached, turning off archive then is this option is the best way! Thanks The wrapper works well so far. And also retaining the original log files. I check the the Linux machine for the ssl problem for 2.4.4 and 2.5 beta. It is Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster) OpenSSL

LibreOffice 4.0 on Centos 5.9
I've just installed LibreOffice 4.0.0.3 on my Centos 5.9 system. the previous version (3.4.x) was working fine. But 4.0.0.3 won't start up. When run from a terminal it prints: no suitable windowing system found, exiting. Is this yet another case of apps moving on beyond compatibility with the older components in C5? Or any hints for making it work? Thanks! -- ---- Fred Smith --

*** buffer overflow detected *** accessing invalid FD in libguestfs
We have extended collectd virt plugin to extract info about disk usage from a libvirt domain using libguestfs. In addition to my previous mail I am attaching some more infomration about the problem. Currently the collectd plugin works fine and retrieves the required statistics. The problem that I face happens after certain number of cycles (getting disk usage statistics). Collectd is terminated

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] Unwind behaviour in Clang/LLVM
I'd love to hear more details. Are you saying that this infinite loop is a limitation of EHABI table format, and not something that can be fixed in the compiler? Meanwhile, please notice that gcc behavior matches current clang behavior that I described above. We would not want to create an incompatibility. Change in LAYOUT=fs between 1.2.9 and 2.0.19?
While testing an upgrade from Dovecot 1.2.9 (on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS) to 2.0.19 (12.04 LTS) I encountered the following change in behaviour: In both setups, mail_location is defined as follows: mail_location = maildir:~/domains/%d/%n/.Maildir:LAYOUT=fs No other mail_location-related settings are set in the config. On 1.2.9 this leads to new mail being delivered to this example directory:

compile problems on netbsd with samba-latest & openldap-2.0.23 resume
dear list, don't really want to annoy you but the "only" platform on which samba && openldap (2.0.19) is working seems to be debian 2.2r3 kernel 2.4.16 i686 unkown ... Everything else (FreeBSD, NetBSD) fails. Is it me, openldap, samba, the used platform or what else ? Compile procedure on debian looks like this : export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/ssl/openssl/lib

Wine crashes in Lubuntu 10.10
On my laptop I've just installed Lubuntu 10.10. (I was running 10.04 and was about to upgrade in place, but I got my hands on a bigger hard drive, so instead I just did a fresh install on the new drive.) Everything works great in 10.10, except Wine. When I try to open something in Wine--even the configuration window or the add/remove programs window--it starts to come up, then crashes my
