I have queue1 and queue2, one agent that receive call from both queues. queue1 <- call1 queue1 <- call2 queue2 <- call3 queue2 <- call4 In my test the agent answer calls in this order: call1,call3,call2 and call4. I was asked today if we could somehow have a trainee on the phone with a supervisor conferenced in, but somehow have it so anything the supervisor says is only heard by the trainee and not the customer. Is there a feature like that?

After listening to a voicemail and deleting it, the Polycom VVX 601's MWI light is left on for around five minutes, before clearing. Installing Asterisk 13.24.1 did not fix this.
