The obvious gain from this is that XenAPI works on Squeeze and Sid, where python-xml is not available anymore. Additionally this patch adds a dependency on python-lxml for the xen-utils-4.0

Pyxml/xmlproc is being used in tools/xen/xm/xenapi_create.py but is unmaintained for several years now. xmlproc is used only for validating XML documents against a DTD file. Fedora is keen to stop using PyXML and I have been sent a bug report https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=842843 which includes a patch to remove the use of XMLPrettyPrint in tools/python/xen/xm/create.py .
