Theora Direct Show filters structure
I have a question about the theora dsf dlls. Specifically I would like to
know which dlls are typically directly called by DirectShow and which tend
to call each other. My impression from being in the code for a couple of
days is that the dsf dlls, for example dsfTheoraDecoder and dsfOggDemux2
tend to get directly called by DirectShow, while the other dlls, for example
libOOTheora or libOOOggSeek

Theora with DirectX earlier than 9
Hello,
I'm trying to use Theora video codec with DirectX 8 and DiretX 7. The
problem seems to be out format of Theora decoder wich is YV12 and
incompatible with DirectShow Video Renderer Filter.
Do you know a filter able to convert YV12 to RGB, usable in a
commercial application ? May I have to make such a filter myself ?

Theora freezes when with multiple video screens
Hello.
I have a problem with theora when using 2 video screens. The second is
connected to the dvi output of the video card. When I watch the video,
I move the renderer to the other screen and video still remains black,
or freezes, for a while.
Considerer this test : construct a graph DirectShow using GraphEdit like this :
- Webcam filter
- Theora Encoder
- Theora Decoder
- Video Renderer

archive of legacy oggenc/oggenc2 encoders for windows?
Interesting - is there any easy way to tie each of these builds to a windows
application? I'm really not so familiar with how to do those types of
things - didn't even know what DSF was until a few minutes ago!
