subtract multiple columns from single column for Nash Sutcliffe efficiency
Hi everyone, I am having trouble using my own data in the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) function. In R, this is what I have done: Vobsr <- read.csv("Observed_Flow.csv", header = TRUE, sep =",") # see data below Vsimr <- read.csv("1000Samples_Vsim.csv", header = TRUE, sep =",") # see data below Vobsr <- as.matrix(Vobsr[,-1]) # remove column 1

Dear all, i am trying to download time-series climatic data from GES DISC (NASA) Hydrology Data Rods web-service. Unfortunately, no wget method is available. Five parameters are needed for data retrieval: variable, location, startDate, endDate, and type. For example: ###

how to keep all zeros in 1st row (not NA)
Hi, let me correct my previous post ("zeros in double matrix rather than character matrix"). I have included entries from the .csv file that has 4 columns of 1000 columns and 101 rows. The first column with the "Time (day)" will not be removed, but the row headers are the numbers 1 to 1000 and they will remain in the matrix. In the previous post I mentioned that R makes the

Dear David, This is amazing, thank you so much. If I may ask another question: The output looks like the following: ### dput(head(x,15)) c("Metadata for Requested Time Series:", "", "prod_name=GLDAS_NOAH025_3H_v2.0", "param_short_name=Tair_f_inst", "param_name=Near surface air temperature", "unit=K",

AIC in MuMIn
Hello, I am using package MuMIn to calculate AIC for a full model with 10 explanatory variables. Thanks in advance in sharing your experience. Q1 In the AIC list of all models, each model is differentiated by model number. Please kindly advise if it is possible to find the corresponding explanatory variable(s) for the model number. Q2 error message I tried to display sub-model with only

Poor creat/delete files performance
Hi, We did some performance test and found the create/delete files performance of btrfs is very poor. The test is that we create 50000 files and measure the file-create time first, and then delete these 50000 files and measure the file-delete time. (The attached file is the reproduce program) The result is following: (Unit: second) Create file performance BtrFS Ext4 Total times:

zeros in double matrix rather than character matrix
Hi, how are you? I have 1000 total columns with 100 rows and I have shown 4 columns of 100 rows below. I want the zeros to be read in as numerical or integer values rather than a character. Right now I have a 100x0 character matrix rather than a 100x1000 double matrix. What do I need to do to read in a .csv spreadsheet with counting the zeros as a numerical or integer value? Thank-you.
