Changing the colour in boxplots using bwplot()
I've managed to find how to change trellis.settings$box.rectangle$col and trellis.settings$box.umbrella$col but I can't figure out how to change the colour of the point used to indicate outliers. 3 boxplots in one
I currently have 3 separate boxplots but would like to put them all in the graphic so they would have the same scale. Boxplots using percentiles?
The standard R boxplot appears to use quartiles to determine the height of the rectangles and a range parameter - RNG - (default=1.5 I think) that determines the length of the whiskers as <= RNG x Interquartile Range. no transparent background in bmp

Is there a quick way to make boxplots groups by two variables? By that I mean, that if x axes have values ("A","B","C"), than at each value there would be a few boxplots each for a value of second variable (say ("1","2","3")). Set panel background color in a multi-group trellis plot
Hi everyone, I am trying to change some of the default colors in a multipanel-multigroup lattice graphic, but when I change the panel color to white, the only group that is plotted is the last one, as panel.fill overwrites all the previous ones. Version 2.1.1 Platforms: all What is the trellis parameter (or is there a trellis parameter) to set the leading (the gap between lines) when long axis values labels or panel header labels wrap over more than one line? Need help on boxplot panel chart
Hi there: I am new to R and creating a boxplot panel chart to show a test result. I have four output variables (OV1, OV2, OV3, OV4) reflecting effects of the variation of three status parameters (SP1, SP2, SP3) on them at three different locations (Loc1, Loc2, Loc3). My plan is that displaying ONE OV change with ONE SP over three Loc in each boxplot (i.e., Loc is X axis and OV value is Y axis).

panel ordering in nlme and augPred plots
Hi, I'm new at this, I'm very confused, and I think I'm missing something important here.
