Hi All, I am trying to run CentOS 5.3-x86_64 in a Vmware Fusion virtual machine on my Mac Pri (10.5.6) My install starts OK, checks media and then I get a message saying "The CentOS CD was not found in any of your CDROM drives. Please insert the CentOS CD and press OK to retry". I have booted from the media though, so I don't understand... Any thoughts? -Jason

After upgrading my VMware Fusion (10.1.3) Arch Guest to the latest with OpenSSH upgraded from 7.7p1 to 7.8p1, found that ssh from macOS Sierra (10.12.6) host to Arch guest via local NAT port forwarding failed, but via Arch LAN IP worked, downgraded OpenSSH from 7.8p1 to 7.7p1 fixed the problem. Greetings. I am running vmware fusion 4.1.1 on a OSX host. Centos6.2 is a guest. The box is a macbook laptop running leopard. Before upgrading to 6.2, the display auto-resize (or auto-fill) was working fine. After 6.2, it has stopped working. Centos is fully updated to 6.2. I have tried to install the vmware drivers from the repository (via yum), and yum reports I have the latest.

Did anyone manage to have xen (3.0.1 stable) run on this config? (this is on FC4 if it matters). I''ve tried recompiling the xen0 kernel with the Fusion options from my current kernel added, but it keeps removing some of them (maybe some that didn''t exist yet in kernel 2.6.12), and it seems I end up without the correct driver.
