SPA-3000 Disconnect tone detection in Spain, Peru and Colombia ?
Hello everybody,
I'm a new user of * and I just bought a Sipura SPA-3000 to make a home voip
installation.
I actually have a problem when a PSTN user calls and hangs up. The
disconnect tone is not
detected by the SPA, the the call continues and, for example, leaves an
empty message on
the voicemail before hanging up (because * hangs up).
How could resolve this problem?.
I set,

Scratch 1.0
== What is Scratch?
Scratch is a little toy I put together in Ruby on Rails. Think of it as
a spin-off of my larger Rails app, Elite Journal. If nothing else, you
can think of Scratch as a demonstration of the new Action Web Services
component of Rails.
From the web page:
Scratch is the minimalist''s web log. Scratch gives you nothing more than
the meta-weblog API for posting.

Weights for polr
Hello,
I'm estimating an ordered logit model on a probability weighted survey
sample. polr permits case weights with the "weights" option, but I cannot
figure out from existing documentation what it actually does with these
weights. I'm concerned about this because I get somewhat different
results using Stata's ologit command with the pweights option and very

I want to find in survey how to test V-cramer and coefficient Goodman-Kruskal gamma, to test the collinearity between varibles to enter a model.
For the V-Cramer function is used with the package vcd assocstats but without considering the survey package.
I appreciate the cooperation.
