Re: persistent ssh_host_keys
I believe you should support authorized_keys as well. Proposals for making configure_from_network function works in f13
Hi I am running a pxe diskless node in f13 and I have some proposals to make ovirt-early working in this version. nash is no more available (nash/mkinitrd is replaced by dracut), so this following command fails : "echo "network --device $DEVICE --bootproto dhcp" | nash" it makes the network configuration incomplete. I replace the linuxrc command by dhclient and it's

Issue with LVM and iSCSI lun
Hi all, Imagine the following situation, you have : - one ISCSI storage server providing : lun0 and lun1 - the lun0 and lun1 contains a standard installation of Fedora : VM1 and VM2 - the standards installations define two VG VolGroup00 ... We didn't define LogicalVolume on the node and we attached directly the iSCSI lun to the VM without making partition or LV in Ovirt. On the

Qmf::Query Hang in db-omatic
Hi all, We use for preproduction purpose the next branche of oVirt. We notice that a lot of bugs appears when the number of message in qpidd increase. It seems that qpidd is doing the job and that most of the issue are due to Qmf::Query . For example in db-omatic lines 265,296 When you restart db-omatic, if you have multiple node, you have mutiple threads launch (line 266) that hang on :

Created a custom/minimal CentOS 5.x install ISO
Hi all, I'd like to try rolling a somewhat stripped down and customized CentOS DVD. This is particularly interesting to me now that CentOS 5.5 is 2 DVDs. I dare not call it a new distro as I suspect I will be the only one to use it. ;) I've been googling for ways to do this, figuring it must be somewhat straight forward, but my google-fu is weak it seems. Can someone point me

[PATCH] Increase timeout for live migration
Live migration is an operation which can takes times, like 2 or 3 minutes for heavy vms. Fixing this timeout work around another bug of db-o-matic: the infinite loop where node A has a defined & stopped vm X and node B has a defined & running vm X. I encountered this bug because the live migration has hit the timeout limit. Signed-off-by: Loiseleur Michel <mloiseleur at
