dyn.load'ing dll's created by Scompile causes R to crash
Dear all,
I have used the Scompile package (by Mathhew Calder) on previous releases of
R (on Windows), and it has worked well. However, R.1.3.1 crashes when
dyn.load'ing C-functions created by Scompile.
>From the last R-newsletter it seems that there has been some changes to how
external routines are being included in version 1.3.1. I won't claim to
understand the details, but I was

and its numerical value, so I tried this:

Calling a .bat to set environment variables and subsequent .exe execution from within R
Dear list,
I have found a thread dealing with similar problems with a Mac, but somehow
I cannot get it to work and the problem is slightly different:
I am using the shell() command to execute a program from within R. The
problem is that I need to execute SDKShell.bat file first that sets the
environment variables for the program ogr2ogr.exe:
shell(cmd =

4.0 stopped working after updating xubuntu 13.04
Hi
I got some strange issues on my samba4.0.1 install yesterday. It
happened a while after updating my xubuntu server 13.04 not 13.10.
Everything seems to be working fine except shares. Kerberos
authentication seem to function properly, also DNS works fine but shares
seem semi-broken.
I can't mount any shares on my Windows box, including netlogon,
profiles. I have one share that is

Convert extensions.conf INTO MySQL script
I swear I read somewhere on one of the MANY pages that there is a script out
there that can read the extensions.conf file and create the MySQL DB records
on the fly. Anyone know where I look for such a thing?
Sure speeds up migration!

[LLVMdev] Phi + Select Optimization
Hi all,
I've just written a small enhancement to SimplifyPHINode.
The idea is the following:
If we have this:
a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef)
X = select cond, sth, a
or this:
a = phi(X, X, undef, undef, X, undef)
X = select cond, a, sth
we can replace the phi by 'a' and the select by 'sth'.
Why does this work?
Well, in those cases where control-flow happens to

DISA and AGI: authenticate by caller ID?
I'm having trouble getting an AGI exec command to spawn app_disa. The
script executes properly, but does not spawn DISA. The CLI gives no helpful
clues. Am I doing the exec incorrectly?
I want to have a way to authenticate callers to the extension by Caller
ID... if their caller ID is in my database and set to active, they can call
out. [like a calling card but auth'd by CID instead

[LLVMdev] Phi + Select Optimization
Hi Roland,

such a phi should already be replaced by X if X dominates this basic block.
Is this not the case? Or does each X here not necessary represent the same
value?
Ciao, Duncan.

[LLVMdev] Linking clang.exe takes more than two hours?
Hi,
I'm building using MINGW64 on a very slow system (Intel Atom 330 X2 1.6
GHz), but it seems rather odd that the system has been linking clang.exe
for the past two hours. It appears that a couple of gigabytes of virtual
memory are being used (causing constant swapping) - the system has only 2
GB of physical memory.
Is this a bug in MINGW64 (binutils 2.22) or is it just too little RAM in

How do i configure so an incoming call triggers an http request?
Hi all,
I'm about to start setting up my first asterisk/cti system in our test lab.
I've read through all the documentation I can find and relevant posts in the
list archives but can't seem to find anything explaining how to go about
initiating an http request upon an incoming call.
I basically want asterisk to request an uri on our intranet, which will pass
call details to our

String keys in hash
Hi all,
My app is going to count sth based on poll id in the url. The url
looks like:
http://address.com?id=dwNKiItvcyrQ5sycnIhmJablDfXsc9tshaGIVyNIei7.e7&some_other_parameters
In a controller, I''ve created a hash where the keys are the ids:

How to get the Called id with AGI
Hi all,
Is there a way to get the "called id" (the B number) with AGI perl ?
I know how to get the caller id which is working fine and is just below:
#!/usr/bin/perl
use Asterisk::AGI;
$AGI = new Asterisk::AGI;
my %input = $AGI->ReadParse();
$callerid = $input{'callerid'};
$AGI->say_digits($callerid);
}
Thanks in advance,
Angel.
