More relevance for recent documents
Good afternoon I would like to ask if is possible somehow give more relevance to the recent documents in search results. I dont want to sort results according to the date, I still prefer relevance, but I would like to see recent documents with better scoring. I was trying to add search query using AND_MAYBE, which should use relevance from both subqueries, but it didnt add any benefit to the

[LLVMdev] Question on X86 backend
Thanks Cristoph, I have that code in my backend, but unless I do the following, the registers are never considered 'live' into the call. / Handle a function call let isCall = 1, Defs = [ R0, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R22, R23, R24, R25, R26, R27, R28, R29, R30, R31, R32, R33, R34, R35, R36, R37, R38, R39, R40, R41,

The Darwin version has been already distributed by Jan de Leeuw and now mirrored on CRAN. Contributed packages for the Carbon R141 will follow next week. Stefano

bug in qr.coef() and (therefore) in qr.solve (PR#8476)
[I thought I'd submitted this bug report some time ago, but it's never showed up on the bug tracking system, so I'm submitting again.] qr.solve() gives incorrect results when dealing with complex matrices or with qr objects that have been computed with LAPACK=TRUE, whenever the b argument has more than one column. This bug flows from qr.coef(), which has a similar problem. I believe

Buglet in qbeta?
Hi, I sometimes play around with extreme parameters for distributions and found that qbeta is not always monotone as the following example shows. I don't know whether this is serious enough to submit a bug report (as this example is near to the limitations of floating point arithmetic). make check failed on linux-amd64 using PGI compilers
Dear R-help, I am trying to build R-2.2.0-patched (2005-11-07 r36217) on the head node of a Scyld cluster (dual Opteron 250s) using PGI compilers (v6.0). I used the flags suggested by Jennifer Lai on R-devel (taken from R-admin, except that I had to add -L/usr/X11R6/lib64 to LDFLAGS). The build went fine, but make check-all failed when running tests/Examples/graphics-Ex.R, at: > plot(1:2,
