audio message delivery
Hi, I have a client who has asked me to look into the delivery of 30
second audio messages to a list of opt-in customers. Probably looking at
about 5,000 messages a week over a 6 week period.
I know that this would be a piece of cake to have someone develop but I
thought I would ask here first if someone is already doing this and what
they would charge to take this on as a hosted solution

Courier migration and vpopmail with dovecot-lda
I've been using Dovecot in some fresh installs lately and have found
it fairly easy to configure. However I'm starting on a migration
that involves moving from some very old software (ancient vpopmail,
qmail and Courier).
On the Courier front, I've reviewed the migration page in the wiki,
and it looks like the main concerns are just matching the namespace
and then using the migration

dovecot developer documentation
Hello,
I want to create some specific plugin for dovecot v1.1 (rc5).
Where can I find some developer documentation ?
Can I build my plugin separately, or do I need to rebuild
dovecot again ?
I'm looking into code, and analyzing some simple plugins,
but hooks documentation or any hints you could give would be very
helpful.. AFAIK there's no search for mailing list archives
available, to

Is OpenSSH vulnerable to the ZLIB problem or isn't it?
SSH.COM says their SSH2 is not vulnerable to the ZLIB problem even though
they use the library (details below). Can OpenSSH say the same thing?
In either case, it seems like there ought to be an openssh-unix-announce
message about what the situation is. I may have missed it, but I don't
believe there was one. Yes, openssh doesn't have its own copy of zlib
source but it would still be

symbolic and algebraic computation
I needed a symbolic and algebraic computation software. The best solution
I've found so far is maxima computer algebra system.
I was wondering if there is any R package that has similar features as
maxima's or somebody could point me to reference manuals on how to use R for
this purpose.
Thanks,
Angel

sieve: is it possible to filter ALL mailing lists (with header List-Id) to their folders with ONE rule?
Hello, Dovecot.
Is it possible to write one rule in sieve, which will:
(1) Trigger on any message with "List-Id" header
AND
(2) Put this message to folder with name build from content of "List-Id"
header, in such way, that message with List-Id
List-Id: This is decription of list <list-name.host.org>
will be put into folder "org.host.list-name" where

changing the eye candy on the default screensaver
Has anyone already worked out the files involved in changing from the
rather pedestrian screensaver to some more pleasing eye candy like
Fedora Core 5 uses?

Bird''s Eye integration in Mapstraction
Are there any plans to integrate Virtual Earth''s Bird''s Eye view to
mapstraction?
I tried an "integration hack" but then found out that there are too
many issues involved (check whether birds eye is available for the
current map area, disabling zoom controls,...).
Has anyone else tried it?

There are several directions here:
1. Binary emission. Right now MC layer is text-only and depends on assembler
2. Correctness issues. It's believed that unwinding

[LLVMdev] Does someone still keep eye on MC ARM EHABI?
Dear Renato and Anton,
Big thanks to your help. Those references are very helpful!
BTW,
After I applying this patch from Logan Chien, I pass some examples on ARM
assembly emission. It seems good to me.
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=7187#attach_9161
For object file emission, The first thing is making MC generate correct
.ARM.exidx and .ARM.extab. I will keep tracing that.
Thanks!

Off-topic -- an eye on a stats presentation for clinicians?
I've got a 20 slide Powerpoint set up against the expected day someone
says "Mitch, could you talk for a short while to the residents on how
to use statistics?"
It looks good at this end, but I'd love to get at least one more pair
of eyes on it.
Any volunteers?

distance to eye in persp()
Hi
the manpage for persp() has a wonderful section where a the trans3d
() function
is used with points() and lines() to add red dots and a green sinusoid
to the Mexican hat surface.
Does anyone have a way to tell what distance a point is from the eye/
camera?
Take the following line:
lines (trans3d(x, y=10, z= 6 + sin(x), pm = res), col = 3)
Is there a function like trans3d() that returns

[LLVMdev] Does someone still keep eye on MC ARM EHABI?
Dear all,
AFAIK, ARM EHABI is not ready for both asm and obj emitter.
Some people including me what to implement them.
My question is, to avoid duplicate effort,
does someone take charge of this part? or
does anyone is already implementing this currently?
BTW, any suggestion on this effort? I'm very appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

radiobuttons are weird in 1.2.x series
Hello all,
Run groupbox.rb example in any of the two alpha versions and
click the radiobutton in the upper right group box (those named Hilvesum 1,
Hilversum 2, etc). You''ll notice that once a radiobutton is checked,
it remains checked when some other radiobutton is checked.
What''s the reason?
Thank you.
