sugar constructor error
I tried out the sugar. The following code crashes:

With the following error.

API survey results & update
Thanks to everyone who voted in the API style survey. We had 10 votes
altogether - we''re not electing the prime minister, after all - but it
was decisively a yes. 90% (9/10) supported adding keyword constructors,
and 77% (7/9) ruby-style accessors. The changes are summarised at the
bottom of the email.
We hope to have a 1.9.1 release incorporating these in the next week or
two.

CalendarCtrl.date not working?
I finally got my CheckListBoxes under control (thanks Alex& Phil) and
have moved on to tackling the CalendatCtrl. This one seemed pretty easy
when I was reading through the documentation but I cannot retrieve the
selected date. I have the following code:

I''m using wx_sugar 0.1.2 with wxruby2-preview 0.0.37 on OSX and am
coming up with a strange error when trying to create a SpinCtrl:
class DatePicker < Wx::Dialog

New tutorial added!
Hey guys,
It''s been awhile, but I''ve put up a new tutorial page on Wx::Frame. It''s
the first half of the tutorial on Frame, the rest will come a little later.
Let me know what you guys think. Any comments or criticisms are welcome.
Let me know what was good and what could have been better, so that future
tutorials will be able to incorporate those improvements.

wxruby2-preview Gauge and wx-sugar with SplitterWindow
First of all, just wanted to say big thanks for all the great work on
wxruby2 .. I''ve been a user of 0.6 for a long time and its proved very
useful over the years. It''s great to finally have a multi-platform, gem
installable ui toolkit that doesn''t suck!

After being frustrated (yet again) last week when attempting to use
the salted_login_generator in a new rails project, I have modified it
so that it works better for my needs. Since the
SaltedHashLoginGenerator wiki page seems to indicate many people are

Before I go and start coding.... is anyone aware of an auto-dialer plugin
for Sugar CRM that will allow me to click a button when I'm in someone's
account and have my phone ring and then connect me to them?
