This adds basic support for driving sensor chips off the nvidia i2c buses, along with basic support for reading the internal GPU sensor on supported chipsets. It's heavily cribbed off nvclock. It's because while i2c_table in nouveau_i2c.c:324 returns null for this card, i2c is initialized anyway at line 341 and wrong i2c table format is then selected at line 350. This patch fixes the problem on NV11 and was tested also on NV25.

The nouveau driver makes a number of unaligned accesses via the ROM16(), ROM32() and ROM64() macros which fault on SPARC (but would be transparently handled by x86 hardware). mhh, we shouldn't call to Linux APIs from within of nvkm. Rather gaurd the Linux glue code to the i2c stuff instead, but this is all done from inside of nvkm. I think we should move it out into drm/nouveau/nouveau_i2c.c and do the handling there. I've been trying to get rid of the loop scale limiting problem during BFI. Initially, this was saturating frequencies to the max side of the scale, so a double nested loop would get max frequencies in all the blocks (e.g., llvm/test/CodeGen/X86/lsr-i386.ll).
